Abstract
Description
a) 초임계 유체 추출에 의해 오일 조질 생성물로부터 오일을 추출하여 적재된 초임계 유체(SCF)를 수득하는 단계;
Claims (5)
- a) 초임계 유체 추출에 의해 오일 조질 생성물로부터 오일을 추출하여 적재된 초임계 유체(SCF)를 수득하는 단계;b) 단계 a)의 적재된 SCF를 팽창시킨 후 가열하여 액상 및 내부 적재량이 감소된 SCF 상을 수득하는 단계;c) 선택적으로, 단계 b)의 SCF 상의 압력을 흡착 조건으로 강하시키거나, 온도를 흡착 조건으로 상승시키거나, 또는 단계 b)의 SCF 상의 압력을 흡착 조건으로 강하시키고 온도를 흡착 조건으로 상승시키는 단계;d) 단계 b) 또는 단계 c)의 SCF를 고정상 흡착제에 도입함으로써 정제된 오일 및 순수한 SCF가 적재된 흡착제를 수득하는 단계;e) 단계 b)의 액상을 환류로서 단계 a)의 추출 장치에 공급하는 단계;f) 단계 d)의 순수한 SCF를 추출 조건으로 압착 및 템퍼링(tempering)하는 단계;g) 순수한 SCF를 단계 a)의 추출 장치로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 고적재된 흡착제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,오일이 비타민 E인 방법.
- a) 초임계 유체 추출에 의해 오일 조질 생성물로부터 오일을 추출하여 적재된 초임계 유체(SCF)를 수득하는 단계;b) 단계 a)의 적재된 SCF를 팽창시킨 후 가열하여 액상 및 내부 적재량이 감소된 SCF 상을 수득하는 단계;c) 선택적으로, 단계 b)의 SCF상의 압력을 흡착 조건으로 강하시키거나, 온도를 흡착 조건으로 상승시키거나, 또는 단계 b)의 SCF상의 압력을 흡착 조건으로 강하시키고 온도를 흡착 조건으로 상승시키는 단계;d) 단계 b) 또는 단계 c)의 SCF를 고정상 흡착제로 도입하여 정제된 오일 및 순수한 SCF로 적재된 흡착제를 수득하는 단계;e) 단계 b)의 액상을 환류로서 단계 a)의 추출 장치에 공급하는 단계;f) 단계 d)의 순수한 SCF를 추출 조건으로 압착 및 템퍼링하는 단계;g) 순수한 SCF를 단계 a)의 추출 장치로 재순환시키는 단계;h) 고정상 흡착제를 통해 탈착 용매를 통과시킴으로써 흡착된 오일을 탈착시키는 단계를 포함하는, 오일의 정제 방법.
- A) 초임계 유체 추출(SFE)에 의해 조질 합성 또는 천연 오일 혼합물로부터 고휘발성 성분과 함께 오일을 함유하는 분획을 추출하여 조질 생성물의 저휘발성 성분을 함유하는 라피네이트 및 적재된 초임계 유체(SCF)를 수득하는 단계;B) 단계 A)의 적재된 SCF를 팽창시킨 후 가열하여 오일 및 고휘발성 성분을 함유하는 액상 및 비적재된 기상을 수득하거나(단계 B-1) 또는 내부 적재량이 감소된 SCF 및 액상을 수득하는(단계 B-2) 단계;C) 선택적으로, 단계 B-2)의 내부 적재량이 감소된 SCF 상의 압력을 흡착 조건으로 강하시키거나, 온도를 흡착 조건으로 상승시키거나, 또는 단계 B-2)의 내부 적재량이 감소된 SCF 상의 압력을 흡착 조건으로 강하시키고 온도를 흡착 조건으로 상승시키는 단계;D) 선택적으로, 단계 B-2) 또는 단계 C)의 내부 적재량이 감소된 SCF를 고정상 흡착제로 도입하여 비적재된 기상 및 오일을 적재한 흡착제를 수득하는 단계;E) 용기중의 단계 B-1) 또는 단계 D)의 비적재된 기상을 수집하고 기체 성분의 함량을 제어하는 단계;F) 선택적으로, 순수한 기체를 단계 E)의 용기로 공급하여 전체 공정 시간에 걸쳐 동일한 기체 조성을 보증하는 단계;G) 단계 B-1)의 액상의 일부 또는 단계 B-2)의 액상 모두를 동일한 컬럼의 온도 및 압력에서 환류로서 단계 A)의 추출 장치에 공급하는 단계;H) 단계 E) 또는 단계 F)의 기상을 가압한 후 분리 조건으로 냉각시키는 단계;I) 단계 H의 SCF를 단계 A)의 추출 장치로 재순환시키는 단계;J) 선택적으로, 단계 B-1)의 액상을 제 2 추출 장치로 공급하는 단계;K) SFE에 의해 단계 B-1)의 추출물로부터 고휘발성 성분의 분획을 추출하여 적재된 SCF 및 순수한 오일을 라피네이트로 수득하는 단계;L) 환류물 및 SCF를 단계 B-1) 내지 I)에서 정의된 바와 같이 처리하는 단계;M) 라피네이트로서 컬럼의 바닥에서 오일을 수집하는 단계를 포함하는, 고적재된 흡착제를 제조하는 공정과 선택적으로 조합된 오일의 정제 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,오일이 비타민 E인 방법.
