Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM ADSORVENTE QUE é CARREGADO COM UM óLEO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de um adsorvente com alto teor de carga, cujo processo compreende as etapas de: a) extração de um óleo de um produto de óleo bruto, por meio de extração de fluido supercrítico, obtendo, dessa forma, um fluido supercrítico com alto teor de carga (SCF); b) expansão do fluido supercrítico com alto teor de carga (SCF) da etapa a) seguido de aquecimento, para obter uma fase líquida e uma fase de SCF com teor de carga reduzido; c) redução opcional da pressão e/ou elevação da temperatura da fase do SCF da etapa b) para condições de adsorção; d) introdução do SCF da etapa b) ou etapa c) em um adsorvedor de leito fixo para obter um adsorvente com alto teor de carga com o óleo purificado e o SCF puro; e) alimentação da fase líquida da etapa b) como refluxo para o dispositivo de extração da etapa a); f) compressão e mistura do SCF puro da etapa d) para condições de extração; e g) reciclagem do SCF puro para o dispositivo de extração da etapa a). A invenção compreende ainda um processo para purificação de um óleo a partir de um produto bruto de óleo, mediante dessorção do óleo adsorvido. A invenção compreende ainda um processo para purificação de um óleo, opcionalmente combinado com um processo para preparação de um adsorvente com alto teor de carga, cujo processo compreende as etapas de: A) extrair uma fração contendo o óleo junto com os componentes altamente voláteis de uma mistura de óleo bruta, sintética ou natural, por meio de uma extração de fluido supercrítico (SFE), obtendo, dessa forma, um fluido supercrítico com carga (SCF) e um rafinato contendo os componentes pouco voláteis do produto bruto; B) expandir o SCF com carga (etapa A), seguido de aquecimento, para obter uma fase líquida contendo o óleo e os componentes altamente voláteis e uma fase gasosa sem carga (etapa B-1) ou para obter um SCF com teor de carga reduzido e uma fase líquida (etapa B-2); C) reduzir, opcionalmente, a pressão e/ou elevação da temperatura da fase de SCF com teor de carga reduzido da etapa B-2) para condições de adsorção; D) introduzir, opcionalmente, o SCF com teor de carga reduzido da etapa B-2) ou da etapa C) dentro de um adsorvedor de leito fixo, de modo a obter uma fase gasosa sem carga e um adsorvente com carga de um óleo; E) coletar a fase gasosa sem carga da etapa B-1) ou da etapa D) em um vaso e controle do teor dos componentes do gás; F) alimentar, opcionalmente, o gás puro dentro do vaso da etapa E) para garantir a mesma composição de gás através do inteiro período do processo; G) alimentar parte da fase líquida da etapa B-1) ou toda a fase líquida da etapa B-2), na mesma temperatura e pressão da coluna, como refluxo para o dispositivo de extração da etapa A); H) pressurizar a fase gasosa da etapa E) ou da etapa F), seguido por resfriamento para condições de separação; I) reciclar o SCF da etapa H para o dispositivo de extração da etapa A); J) alimentar, opcionalmente, a fase líquida da etapa B-1) a um segundo dispositivo de extração; K) extrair a fração de componentes altamente voláteis do extrato da etapa B-1) por meio do processo de SFE, obtendo, assim, um SCF com carga e o óleo puro como um rafinato; L) tratar o refluxo e o SCF conforme descrito nas etapas B-1 - I); M) coletar o óleo na base da coluna como um rafinato.
