Description
Anordning ved luftkondisjoneringsanlegg for større, modulbygde hus.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse va dr tirer en anordning ved luft-kondlsjoneringeanlegg for attirre, moéulbygde hue som gir plass til kontorlokaler og lignende rom, omfattende et stort antall romappa- : rater, ett for hver modul, hvor romapparatenes varmeutvekslere er l: forblindet aed et felles sirkulasjons system for varne- eller kjtile-medium med mediumstrtimmen gjennom varmautvekslerne regulert ved hjelp av ventiler som styres av romtermostater.
For den automatiske temperaturregulering i anlegg av den nevnte art er den enkleste og nærmestliggende ltisning å forsyne hvert enkelt romapparat med en reguleringsvent 11. De automatiske regulef-ingsventiler er imidlertid kostbare både i anskaffelse og installa-sjon, og da modulene i moderne kontorhua som regel er så små at hvert tom omfatter minst to moduler og dermed også inneholder to romapparater, har man sftkt å få ned omkostningene ved å nbye seg med én reguleringsventil for hvert par romapparater. Dermed forsvinner imidlertid den bnskede fleksibilitet når det gjelder mellomveggene< anbringelse. Dels er mellomveggenes stilling som oftest ikke fast-lagt på det tidspunkt da rbrsystemet bestemmes, kanskje ikke engang; når det monteres, og dels vil mån ha den mulighet senere, ved behov, å kunne flytte mellomveggene. Med sistnevnte arrangement kan det forekomme at et med en felles reguleringsventil forsynt apparat-pair skilles ad ved en mellomvegg, således at det ene romapparat vil bli styrt av en termostat i naborommet, hvorfor denne lbsning ikke kan anbefales.
Oppfinnelsen, hvis hensikt det er å unngå denne ulempe, dvs. ved bibehold av ddn Snskede fleksibilitet å skaffe et enkelt . og billig reguleringsarrangement, utmerker seg ved at romapparatené er hver for seg forbundet med en mellom sirkulasjonssystemets til-; Epsledning og apparatene anordnet ekstra fordel ing s ledning som overj sin lengde er forsynt med ved hver modulgrense anbragte avstengnin^a-ventiler og står i forbindelse med tillopslednlngen over avgrening^-ledniager anordnet i et antall av én^for hvert av d#t antall <q>jo--duler som tilsvarer den minste forekommende romatbrrelee» og,et de termostatstyrte reguleringsventiler er enbragt i de nevnte avgren-;ingsledninger.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i tilslutning til tegningen som viser skjematisk en del av et kontorbygg med romapparater som inngår i et ifblge oppfinnelsen anordnet luftkondisjoneringsan-!egg. i
Et antall romapparater i et kontorbygg 2 er betegnet med 1. Bygget er utfbrt etter et modulsystem med et modulmål tilsvar-ende avstanden M, og for hver modulenhet finnes der et romapparat.j Ved en del av modulgrensene er der anbragt mellomvegger 3 som av- j grenser rommene A, B, C og D, av hvilke det stbrste, B, opptar tre i moduler mens de bvrige opptar to moduler, hvilket i det viste til-felle anses å tilsvare den minste forekommende romstorrelse. Romapparatenes 1 varmeutvekslere er forbundet med et felles sirkula-sjonssy8tem for varme- eller kjblemedium, og 4 angir dette systems tillbpsledning og 5 angir returledningen. Ifblge oppfinnelsen er der mellom tilLbpsledningen 4 og romapparatene 1 anordnet en ekstrr fordelingsledning 6 som over sin lengde er forsynt med ved hver modulgrense anbragte avstengningsvnntiler 7. Fordelingsledningen (i står i forbindelse med tillbpslednlngen 4 over avgreningsledninger 8 i et antall av én for hvert antall moduler - i det viste tilfell^ to - som tilsvarer den minste forekommende romstbrrelse. I avgren-ingsledningene er der anbragt automatiske reguleringsventiler 9 som styres av i rommene anbragte termostater 10. Betegnelsene 11 og li gjelder for rørledninger som forbinder romapparatene med fordelingsledningen 6 og re tur ledningen 5. Av de i f ordelingsledningen 6 an-j bragte avstengningsventiler 7 holdes de ved mellomveggene 3 anord-i nede stengt, mens mellomliggende ventiler holdes helt åpne, som på; tegningen angitt med S hhv. 0. Hvis romplasseringen ikke blir den\ beregnede eller senere må forandres gjennom flytning av mellomveg-i ger, kan dette skje uten noen endring av rbrsystemet og ventilplas-seringen. Det eneste som må gjbres er å åpne de avstengningsventiler |7 som ligger inntil fjernede mellomvegger og stenge dem ved de nye mellomvegger. Selvsagt må det samtidig sbrges for at samtlige for et rom bestemte reguleringsventiler styres av én og samme romtermo-stat. Med det beskrevne arrangement kan således omkostningene for de nbdvendige automatventiler reduseres med 50 - 70 pst. ved bibehold av den bnskede fleksiblitet, dvs. muligheten for valgfri anbringelse av mellomveggene.
De viste reguleringsventiler 9 er av den såkalte to-portr typen (to veier), men arrangementet kan og~så anvendes ved tee- eller fire-portventiler.

- Anordning ved luftkondisjoneringsanlegg for storre, modulbygde hus som gir plass til kontorlokaler og lignende rom, omfattende et stort antall romapparater, ett for hver modul, hvor romapparatenes varmeutvekslere er forbundet med et felles sirkulasjonssystem for varme- eller kjblemedium med mediumstrttmmen gjennom varmeutveks-le me regulert ved hjelp av ventiler som styres av romtermostater, karakterisert ved at romapparatene (1) er hver for seg 'forbundet med en mellom sirkulasjonssystemets tillbpsledning (4) og apparatene anordnet ekstra fordelingsledning (6) som over sin lengde er forsynt med ved hver modulgrense anbragte avstengningsventiler (7) og står i JEorbindelse. med tillbpsledn^ingen over avgreningsled-.finger (8) anordnet i et antall.av én for hvert av det antall moduler som/tilsvarer den minste forekommende romstbrrelse, og at, de ^erjpost?ata^yirte regulerings vent iler (9) er anbragt, i de nevnte avgreningsledninger.■- - - ' i
