Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en bokslignende beholder som omfatter en hylseformet mellomdél og til denne festede ■ topp- og hunndeler, idet mellomdelen oppviser et indre, sømløst plastsjikt, et mellomsjikt av aluminiumfolie eller tilsvarende i det vesentlige gasstett material, og et ytre plastsjikt som beskytter mellomsjiktet.
Fra svensk utlegningsskrift nr. 336.184 er kjent en slik beholder, som består av et plateformet metallark som på begge sider er forsynt med et belegg av plast. De to ender av metallarket overlapper hverandre og er sammenlimt med et plastklebemiddel, etter at arket er bukket til sylinderform. Denne kjente beholder tilsvarer således i og for seg en metallbeholder med sammenloddede kanter og med stort sett samme egenskaper som en slik konvensjonell beholder.
Ved denne kjente beholder er det således metallarket eller -platen som utgjør denbærende eller avstivende del av beholderen.
Formålet med den foreliggende oppfinnelse er å komme frem til en bokslignende beholder av den innledningsvis angitte type, og som medfører at det unngås overlappskjøt i plastsjiktet, og at dessuten beholderen blir billig å fremstille i forhold til en metallbeholder.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen er dette oppnådd ved at det indre plastsjikt er et ubrutt sømløst sjikt som utgjør den bærende eller avstivende del av beholderen.
Videre er det et formål med oppfinnelsen å komme frem til en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en beholder av den angjeldende type, og slik at fremstillingen kan utføres kontinuerlig på en hensiktsmessig måte.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen er dette oppnådd med en fremgangsmåte som kjennetegnes ved at det indre plastsjikt i mellomdelen fremstilles ved ekstrudering i form av et rør, til hvilket mellomsjiktet av aluminiumfolie, eller tilsvarende i det vesentlige gasstett material, samt det ytre plastsjikt som beskytter mellomsjiktet lamineres, idet det således fremstilte produkt kappes i passende lengder før eller etter lamineringsoperasjonen, hvoretter topp- og bunndeler sammenføyes med de kappede lengder.
I henhold til en foretrukket utførelsesform av oppfinnelsen ekstruderes røret med sirkulært tverrsnitt, og omformes deretter til ønsket tverrsnittsform ved kalibrering i en kalibreringskanal med tilsvarende form, samtidig med at røret fortrinnsvis utsettes for ytre vakuum for å lette formingen samt en smøring ved hjelp av væske for å lette fremtrekkingen og for kjøling. Herved oppnås den ønskede tverrsnittsform på en enkel måte.
For å lette formingen av det runde rør til en annen, ønsket tverrsnittsform kan røret også utsettes for indre overtrykk .
I henhold til en annen utførelsesform av fremgangsmåten i henhold til oppfinnelsen bringes mellomsjiktet av aluminiumfolie eller tilsvarende materiale til sammen med det ytre plastsjikt å danne et laminat, hvilket limes fast til det indre ekstruderte plastsjiktet, idet det tilveiebringes en herding av limet ved varmepåvirkning innen det laminerte produkt kappes til passende lengde. Denne fremgangsmåte er fordelaktig når det ønskes en spesiell tverrsnitts-
form som avviker fra den sirkulære, idet tverrsnitts-formen fastholdes effektivt ved herdingen av limet.
I det følgende skal oppfinnelsen beskrives med henvisning til de vedføyde tegninger, hvilke som eksempel viser en bokslignende beholder samt en åpningsanordning for denne og lignende beholdere, og som dessuten beskriver en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av beholderen. Fig. 1 viser skjematisk den ferdige bokslignende beholder, utstyrt med åpningsanordning. Fig. 2a og 2b viser to snitt vinkelrett på hverandre, av en sylinder beregnet til å anvendes for fremstilling av mellomdelen av beholderen ifølge fig. 1. ; Fig. 3 viser et snitt gjennom en del av veggen i mellomdelen av beholderen ifølge fig. 1. Fig. 4a viser en bunndel til beholderen ifølge.fig. 1, før påsettingen. Fig. 4b tydeliggjør fremgangsmåten ved fremstilling av . bunndelen vist i fig. 4a. Fig. 5 viser bunndelen festet til den bokslignende beholderen vist i fig. 1, dvs. i et snitt langs linjen V-V gjennom den nedre del av denne figur. Fig. 6 viser et snitt gjennom beholderens åpningsanordning, som vises mer detaljert i fig. 7 sammen med resten av beholderen sett ovenfra. Utførelsen er noe annerledes enn i fig. 1. Fig. 8 viser skjematisk et anlegg for fremstilling av beholdere som vist i fig. 1-7. Fig. 9 viser hvordan et rundt, ekstrudert plastrør omformes til rektangulær tverrsnittform. Også andre tverrsnitts-former er tenkelige innen rammen av oppfinnelsen. Fig. 10 viser skjematisk en fremgangsmåte for å kle sylind-eren i henhold til fig. 2a og 2b ved hjelp av en folie av aluminium e.l. i det vesentlige tett materiale.
Fig. 11a - 11c viser nærmere hvordan folien påføres.
Fig. 12 viser hvordan de forede sylindre herdes i en ovn, inntil kappingen skjer som vist i fig. 11c. Fig. 13 viser hvordan sylinderdelene kan omformes, innen de utstyres med lokk, henhv. bunner. En slik.omforming er ikke alltid nødvendig.
Den i fig. 1 som eksempel viste beholder består av en. hylster-lignende mellomdel 1, og til denne festede topp- og bunndeler 2, 3 idet toppdelen kan være utstyrt med en åpningsanordning, slik som vist.
Som det best'fremgår av fig. 2a, 2b og 3 er mellomdelen 1 satt sammen av en indre sylinder 1a, som danner et indre, sømløst plastsjikt, et mellomsjikt 1b av aluminiumfolie eller tilsvarende, i det vesentlige gasstett materiale,
samt et ytre plastsjikt 1c som beskytter mellomsjiktet 1b. Mellomsjiktet av aluminium kan derved på begge sider omgis
av klistersjikt 1d, henhv. 1e. Sammenføyningen kan også oppnås på annen måte, f.eks. ved induktiv sveising.
Bunndelen 3 vises nærmere i fig. 4a og 4b, hvorved fig. 4b illustrerer fremgangsmåten for fremstilling av bunndelen. Denne bunndel består av et ytre plastsjikt 3a som er termo-formet eller formet på annen måte, f.eks. sprøytestøpt med en del 3b som rager inn i mellomdelen 1 og en rammedel 3c som omslutter' mellomdelens bunnkant 1f. På sin innside er bunndelen utstyrt med et sjikt 3d av aluminiumfolie eller tilsvarende, i det vesentlig gasstett materiale, som altså beskyttes av det ytre plastsjiktet 3a. Sjiktet 3b kan festes til sjiktet 3a på en slik måte som vises i fig. 4b. Det formede sjiktet 3a plasseres herved på en dor 5, som er utstyrt med en indre induktor 6 for induktiv sveising. Oven-på delen 3a plasseres folien 3d, som kan tilføres i form av en hel bane, hvorved den stanses ved hjelp av den skjematisk viste stansen 7. Etter utstansingen presses folien 3d ned i rammedelen 3c ved hjelp av et formingsverktøy 8. Dette verktøy kan om nødvendig være kjølt for å kjøle den ved hjelp av induktoren frembrakte sveis. Sveisingen kan herved fordelaktig utføres slik åt det meste av folien 3d festes til sjiktet 3a, mens bare et kantparti 3d' blir stående fritt igjen. I praksis har det vist seg fordelaktig å velge et laminat av aluminiumfolie til sjiktet 3d, mellom to yttersjikt 3d" av polypropylen.
I fig. 5 vises bunndelen 3 festet til mellomdelen 1. Også denne sammenføyning kan fordelaktig skje ved hjélp av induktiv sveising på i det vesentlige samme måte som ved sveisingen av den indre folien 3d som vist i fig. 4b. Samtidig kan en viss kalibrering av endedelen utføres, slik det fremgår av fig. 5, for å forhindre alt for langt utragende partier.
I fig. 6 og 7 vises mer i detalj den i fig. 1 antydede åpningsanordningen 4 i en noe annerledes utførelse. Denne åpningsanordning kan bestå av to riveanvisninger 4a, 4b.
4a er herved den riveanvisning som definerer den åpningen som oppnås, og 4b definerer en gripeflik, som i det viste eksempel befinner seg helt innenfor riveanvisningen 4a. Det skraverte området 4c i fig. 7 er et lakklag mellom en ytre, fortrinnsvis sprøytestøpt toppdel 9 som danner et yttersjikt og som er utstyrt med riveanvisningene 4a og 4b, og et indre sjikt 10 som gir ønsket grad av tetning. Derved kan gripetungen 4d som dannes av riveanvisningen 4b lett gripes. Dette gjøres enda lettere hvis gripefliken 4d utformes tykkere samt utstyres med en gripekant 11. Gripefliken 4d går over i en spiss 4e som også er utformet av dette tykkere materiale. Herved kan denne spiss lett bryte gjennom det indre plastsjiktet 9 når gripefliken rives opp fra den i fig. 6 og 7 viste stilling. Denne gjennom-bryting lettes ytterligere hvis 'materialet rundt spissen 4e avstives, f.eks. ved hjelp av en sprøytestøpt stablekant 12 eller ganske enkelt ved at den er plassert nær et stivt parti av selve beholderen, dvs. som i det viste eksempel nær hjørnepartiet 13 som er avstivet av såvel toppdelen 2 som mellomdelen 1. Riveanvisningene 4a og 4b kan enten gå ned til det indre plastsjiktet 10 eller utformes noe grunnere. I begge tilfeller kan det være fordelaktig at den ytre riveanvisningen 4a er btutt på ett eller flere steder 4a' for å lette utflytingen av det sprøyte-støpte materialet. Delen 2a i fig. 6 er ført inn mot mellomdelen 1 og omgis av en rammedel 2b som omslutter toppkanten av mellomdelen 1.
I fig. 8 vises skjematisk et anlegg for fremstilling av den ovenfor beskrevne beholder. Ettersom flere detaljer ved et slikt anlegg enten fer i og for seg kjente eller innlysende for en fagmann, vises anlegget delvis i form av et blokk-skjerna. Anlegget omfatter en ekstruderingsenhet 14 innrettet til ekstrudering av et rundt rør 1a', av plast. f.eks. polypropylen, polyetylen, e.l. Røret passerer siden en kalibreringsanordning 15, vist nærmere i fig. 9, der det omformes til firkantet tverrsnitt. Etter omformingen be-tegnes røret 1a''. Fremtrekkingen gjennom kalibrerings-anordningen 15 skjer ved hjelp av en trekkeanordning 16, og avsluttes i en kappeanordning 17 der sylinderdeler 1a"<* >fremstilles. Disse sylinderdelen 1a11<1> tilsvarer delene 1a i fig. 2a og 2b. Delene føres frem til en arkpålegg-ingsanordning 19 som tilføres ark fra en klisterpåførings-enhet 18. I denne enhet 18 utstyres et baneformet materiale, f.eks. et laminat av eksempelvis aluminium og polypropylen, med et klister eller et lim som delvis tørkes. Dette materialet deles opp i passende ark som rulles på sylinderdelene 1a<1>'<1>, slik som vist i fig. 11a og 11b.
Selve klisterpåføringen fremgår best av fig. 10. På denne måte oppnås lengder 1', som tilsvarer mellomdelene 1 ifølge fig. 1. Disse lengder 1' føres inn i en herdeanordning 20, som vist nærmere i fig. 12. Siden føres de videre til en ferdigskjæringsanordning 21 der de kappes til mellom-deler 1. Disse føres inn i en anordning 22 for lokkfrem-stilling og sveising. Mellomdelene 1 med påsatte lokk 2 føres deretter til en bunnpåføringsanordning 23 som mottar bunner fra en bunnfremstillingsanordning 24, f.eks. en vakuumformemaskin. Disse bunner påsettes her løst, hvoretter de ferdige beholdere føres inn i en innpakkingsenhet 25. Derfra føres beholderne til ifylling, hvorved de løse bunnene tas ut under fyllingen for deretter endelig å fast-sveises. Ved denne fremgangsmåte kan oppnås meget hygien-iske forhold.
I fig. 9 er også vist kalibreringsenheten 15 der det ekstruderte rør 1a', omformes til et rør 1a'<1> med rektangu-lært tverrsnitt. Dette skjer ved hjelp av tett plasserte skiver 26, mellom hvilke det hele tiden renner en viss mengde vann for smøring og kjøling, og som er innelukket i et rom 27 som står under et visst undertrykk for å lette formingen av røret 1a'. Ved sin bakre ende avsluttes rommet 27 med en tetningsmansjett 28. Utenfor denne tetning finnes ytterligere spredere 29 for kjølevann. 1 fig. 10 vises klisterpåføringsenheten 18. I denne tas et laminat 31 fra en rulle 30 og føres via den egentlige klisterpåføringsanordningen 32 inn i en tørkeovn 33 forbi diverse støtteruller frem til en ark-kappingsenhet 34 med en kniv 35 og en fremføringskjede 36. Denne kjede kan f.eks. være utstyrt med gripeelementer for fremføring av de kappede ark. Disse ark 37 (fig. 8) påføres ved hjelp av en pressvalse 39 på sylinderdelene 1a<1>'', hvilke tres inn på doren 40. Innen arkene 37 bringes i kontakt med enhetene 1a<1>,<1> behandles disse ved hjelp av en skjematisk vist be-handlingsanordning 41. Fortrinnsvis utgjøres denne av en såkalt corona-anordning, men behandlingen kan også skje på andre måter, f.eks. ved hjelp av åpen ild. Derved oppnås en oksydering av flaten, hvorved vedheftingen til arkene 37 bedres.
I fig. 11a - 11c beskrives skjematisk hvordan etiketten eller arket 37 påføres sylinderenheten 1a''', som deretter kappes ved hjelp av kappeknivene 42. Innen denne kapping skjer føres imidlertid sylinderne ' 1 a111 fortrinnsvis gjennom den i fig. 12 viste herdeovnen 20. En slik mellomherding har vist seg å lette kappingen i den etterfølgende kappe-stasjonen 21. Herdingen minsker nemlig risikoen for dela-minering under skjæringen.
F.eks. kan tykkelsen av de forskjellige materialsjiktene varieres innen vide grenser uten å overskride rammen av oppfinnelsen. I praksis har det imidlertid vist seg fordelaktig for det indre sjikt å anvende et polypropylen-materiale med en veggtykkelse på mindre enn 1 mm, og fortrinnsvis mellom 0,4 og 0,8 mm. Særskilt gode resultater er oppnådd med en tykkelse på ca. 0,5 mm. På sin utside utstyres dette indre sjikt passende med et laminatmateriale bestående av aluminium og polypropylen. Her har praktiske forsøk vist at aluminiumsjiktet bør ligge mellom 8 og 20
(mikron) , fortrinnsvis 12 p, og det ytre polypropylen-sjiktet mellom 20 u og ca. 60 p., fortrinnsvis ca. 50 / a.
På tilsvarende måte har praktiske forsøk vist at det er fordelaktig å anvende for innersjiktet 3d av bunnen et laminat av en aluminiumfolie på mellom 8 og 20 p, fortrinnsvis 12 p, mellom 2 polypropylensjikt på ca. 50 u. I lokket anvendes istedet som innersjikt fortrinnsvis et laminat av en aluminiumfolie mellom to filmer av orientert polypropylen. For aluminiumfolien gjelder herved de samme verdier som angitt ovenfor. For filmene av orientert polypropylen velges en tykkelse på 18 - 35 ji, fortrinnsvis 20 - 25 u. Også formen og konstruksjonen av detaljene kan naturligvis varieres.
Claims (5)
1. Bokslignende beholder omfattende en hylseformet mellomdel (1) og til denne festede topp- (2) og bunndeler (3) idet mellomdelen (1) oppviser et indre, sømløst plastsjikt (1a) et mellomsjikt av aluminiumfolie (1b) eller tilsvarende i det vesentlige gasstett material-, og et ytre plastsjikt (1c) som beskytter mellomsjiktet, karakterisert ved at det indre plastsjikt (1a) er et ubrutt sømløst sjikt som utgjør den bærende eller avstivende del av beholderen.
2. Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en bokslignende beholder som angitt i krav 1,
karakterisert ved at det indre plastsjikt (1a) i mellomdelen (1) fremstilles ved ekstrudering i form av et rør (1a<1>, 1a", 1a<:>" 5 i til hvilket mellomsjiktet (1b) av aluminiumfolie, eller tilsvarende i det vesentlige gasstett material, samt det ytre plastsjikt (1c) som beskytter mellomsjiktet (1b) lamineres, idet det således fremstilte produkt kappes i passende lengder (1) før eller etter lamineringsoperasjonen, hvoretter topp- (2) og bunndeler (3) sammenføyes med de kappede lengder (1).
3. Fremgangsmåte som angitt i krav 2, karakterisert ved at røret (1a<1>) ekstruderes med sirkulært tverrsnitt og deretter omformes til ønsket tverrsnittsform ved kalibrering i en kalibreringskanal med tilsvarende form (ved 1:5 i fig. 8), samtidig med at røret da') fortrinnsvis utsettes for ytre vakuum for å lette formingen samt en smøring ved hjelp av væske for å lette fremtrekkingen og for kjøling.
4. Fremgangsmåte som angitt i krav 3, karakterisert ved at røret da') også utsettes for indre overtrykk.
5. Fremgangsmåte som angitt i krav 3, karakterisert ved at mellomsjiktet (1b) av aluminiumfolie eller tilsvarende materiale sammen med det ytre plastsjikt (1c) bringes til å danne et laminat, hvilket limes fast til det indre ekstruderte plastsjiktet (1a), idet det tilveiebringes en herding av limet ved varrae-påvirkning innen det laminerte produkt (1') kappes til passende lengder.
