Opfindelsen vedrører en dåselignende emballage omfattende en bøsningsagtig stumme bestående af et indre plastlag, et mellemlag af aluminiumfolie eller et tilsvarende, i hovedsagen gastæt materiale samt et ydre 5 plastlag, der beskytter mellemlaget, og til stummen fastgjorte top- og bunddele.
Fra svensk fremlæggelsesskrift nr. 336 184 kendes der en sådan emballage , der består af et pladeformet metalark, der på begge sider er forsynet med en be-10 lægning af plast. De to ender af metalarket overlapper hinanden og er sammenlimet med et plastklæbemlddel, efter at arket er bukket til cylinderform. Denne kendte beholder svarer således i og for sig til en metaldåse med sammenloddede kanter og med stort set samme 15 egenskaber som en sådan konventionel dåse.
Ved denne kendte beholder er det således metalarket eller -pladen, der udgør den bærende eller afstivende del af emballagen.
Emballagen ifølge opfindelsen afviger fra den-20 ne kendte emballage ved, at det indre plastlag er et ubrudt, sømløst lag, der udgør den bærende eller afstivende del af emballagen.
Herved opnås, at dette plastlag bliver det bærende element og overlapning undgås. Endvidere er em-25 ballagen billig at fremstille, idet der kræves et væsentligt lavere energiforbrug til fremstilling af en emballage ifølge opfindelsen end f.eks. til en sædvanlig metaldåse.
Opfindelsen vedrører også en fremgangsmåde til 141899 2 fremstilling af en emballage af den omhandlede art, hvilken fremgangsmåde er ejendommelig ved, at stummens indre, ubrudte, sømløse plastlag fremstilles ved ekstrudering i form af et rør, til hvilket lamineres 5 mellemlaget af aluminiumfolie eller et lignende, i hovedsagen gastæt materiale og det ydre plastlag, der beskytter mellemlaget, og at der før eller efter lamineringsoperationen foretages afskæring i passende længder, hvorefter topdele og bunddele sammenføjes med 10 de afskårne længder.
Herved kan der på kontinuerlig måde fremstilles emballager af den omhandlede art.
Ifølge en foretrukken udførelsesform for opfindelsen ekstruderes røret med cirkulært tværsnit, og 15 derpå omformes røret til den ønskede tværsnitsform ved kalibrering i en kalibreringskanal med tilsvarende facon, samtidig med at røret fortrinsvis udsættes for et ydre vakuum til lettelse af formningen og en smøring ved hjælp af væske til lettelse af fremføringen og 2o til afkøling. Herved tilvejebringes den ønskede tværsnits form på let og enkel måde.
Til yderligere fremme af omformningen af det runde rør til en anden, ønsket tværsnitsform kan røret også udsættes for et indre overtryk.
25 Ved endnu en udførelsésform for fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen bringes stummens mellemlag af aluminiumsfolie eller det tilsvarende materiale sammen med det ydre plastlag til at danne et laminat, der klæbes fast på det indre, ekstruderede plastlag, hvorhos der tilveje-3o bringes en hærdning af klæbemidlet ved varmepåvirkning, inden det laminerede produkt afskæres til passende længder. Denne fremgangsmåde er fordelagtig når man ønsker en speciel tværsnitsform, som afviger fra den cirkulære, idet tværsnitsformen fastholdes effektivt ved hærdningen 35 af klæbemidlet.
Opfindelsen beskrives nærmere i det følgende under henvisning til tegningen, hvor 3 141899 fig. 1 viser skematisk den færdige dåselignende emballage med antydet indretning til åbning af denne, fig. 2a og 2b to snit, der er vinkelret på hinanden igennem en krop, der er beregnet til at anvendes 5 ved fremstillingen af stummen til emballagen i fig. 1, fig. 3 et snit gennem en del af væggen i stummen af emballagen ifølge fig. 1, fig. 4a en bunddel til emballagen i fig. 1 før påsætningen, 10 fig. 4b en anskueliggørelse af fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af bunddelen i fig. 4a, fig. 5 bunddelen fastgjort ved den dåselignende emballage i fig. 1, dvs. et snit efter linien V-V gennem den nederste del af denne figur, 15 fig. 6 et snit gennem emballagens åbningsindret ning, fig. 7 emballagen set ovenfra? udførelsesformen er noget modificeret i forhold til fig. 1, fig. 8 skematisk et anlæg til fremstilling af 20 emballager ifølge fig. 1-7, fig. 9 en illustration af, hvorledes et rundt ekstruderet plastrør omformes til rektangulær tværsnit sf orm, også andre tværsnitsformer kan dog tænkes ifølge opfindelsen, 25 fig. 10 skematisk en fremgangsmåde til beklæd ning af kroppen i henhold til fig. 2a og 2b ved hjælp af en folie af aluminium eller et lignende, i hovedsagen tæt materiale, fig. lla-llc en anskueliggørelse af overtræknin-30 gen af emnet, fig. 12 hvorledes de beklædte kropdele hærdes i en ovn, inden overskæringen sker på den i fig. 11 c viste måde, og fig. 13 en illustration af, hvorledes kropdele-35 ne kan omformes, før de forsynes med henholdsvis låg og bund. En sådan omformning er dog ikke altid nødvendig.

Den i fig. 1 som eksempel viste emballage består af en bøsningsagtig stumme 1 og til denne fastgjorte top- og bunddele, henholdsvis 2 og 3, hvor topdelen er forsynet med en indretning til åbning.
5 Som det fremgår af fig. 2a, 2b og 3, er stummen 1 sammensat af en indre krop la, som danner et indad ubrudt plastlag, et mellemlag lb af aluminiumsfolie eller lignende i hovedsagen gastæt materiale, samt et plastlag lc, der beskytter det ydre mellem-10 lag lb. Mellemlaget af aluminium kan på begge sider være omgivet af et klæbelag, henholdsvis ld og le. Ved-hæftningen kan dog også være tilvejebragt på anden måde, f.eks. ved induktiv svejsning.
Bunddelen 3 vises nærmere i fig. 4a og 4b, 15 idet den sidste figur viser fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af bunddelen. Denne bunddel består af et ydre plastlag 3a, som er varmeformet eller formet på anden måde, f.eks. formsprøjtet med en del 3b, der er skudt ind i stummen 1, og en rammedel 3c, der omslutter 20 stummens bundkant lf. På sin inderside er bunddelen forsynet med et lag 3d af aluminiumsfolie eller et tilsvarende, i hovedsagen gastæt materiale, som altså beskyttes af det ydre plastlag 3a. Laget 3d kan fæstnes til laget 3a på en måde, der er vist i fig.
25 4b. Det formede lag 3a placeres på en dorn 5, som er forsynet med en indre induktionsspole 6 til induktiv svejsning. Oven på delen 3a placeres folien 3d, som kan tilføres i form af en hel bane, idet den udstanses ved hjælp af det skematisk viste stanseværktøj 7.
30 Efter udstansningen presses folien 3d ned i rammedelen 3c ved hjælp af et formværktøj 8. Dette værktøj kan om nødvendigt være afkølet for at afkøle den ved hjælp af induktionsspolen tilvejebragte svejsning. Svejsningen gennemføres fortrinsvis på en sådan måde, 35 at den største del af folien 3d fastgøres til laget 5 141899 3a, medens dog et kantparti 3d' lades frit. Det har vist sig praktisk til laget 3d at vælge et laminat af aluminiumsfolie mellem to yderlag 3d" af poly-propen.
5 I fig. 5 vises bunddelen 3 fastgjort til stum men 1. Også denne fastgørelse kan passende foregå ved hjælp af induktiv svejsning på i hovedsagen samme måde som ved svejsningen af den indre folie 3d i henhold til fig. 4b. Samtidig kan der foregå en vis kalibre-10 ring i endedelen, som det fremgår af fig. 5, for at hindre alt for fremspringende dele.
I fig. 6 og 7 vises mere detaljeret den i fig.
1 med henvisningsbetegnelsen 4 antydede åbningsindretning i noget modificeret form. Indretningen til åbnin-15 gen af beholderen kan siges at bestå af to oprivnings-anvisninger, henholdsvis 4a og 4b. 4a er den opriv-ningsanvisning, som afgrænser den åbning, som skal dannes, medens 4b afgrænser en gribetunge, som i det viste eksempel er beliggende helt inden for op-20 rivningsanvisningen 4a. Med 4c betegnes et i fig.
7 skraveret område, som er beregnet til at antyde en lakering mellem en ydre, fortrinsvis formsprøjtet topdel 9, der danner et yderlag, og som er forsynet med de ovenfor angivne oprlvningsanvisninger 4a og 25 4b, og et indre lag 10 med ønsket tæthed. Herved kan den af oprivningsanvisningen 4b dannede gribetunge 4d let gribes. Dette lettes yderligere, såfremt gribetungen 4d udformes tykkere og forsynes med en neglkant eller gribekant 11. Gribetungen 4d 30 går over i en spids 4e, som også er udformet af dette tykkere materiale. Herved kan denne spids let bryde igennem det indre plastlag 9, når gribetungen brydes op fra den i fig. 6 og 7 viste stilling. Dette gennembrud lettes yderligere, såfremt materialet omkring spid-35 sen 4e er forstærket, f.eks. ved hjælp af en opra- 6 141399 gende stablekant 12 eller simpelthen ved sin placering nær et stift parti af selve emballagen, dvs. som i det viste eksempel nær det af såvel topdelen 2 som af stummen 1 afstivede hjørneparti 13. Oprivningsan-5 visningerne 4a og 4b kan enten nå frem til det indre plastlag 10 eller udformes noget mindre dybe. I begge tilfælde kan det være passende at bryde den ydre oprivningsanvisning 4a på ét eller flere steder 4a' for at lette udflydningen af det i formen indsprøjtede 10 materiale. Med 2a betegnes i fig. 6 en i stummen 1 indskudt del, der omgives af en rammedel 2b, der omslutter stummen l's topkant.
I fig. 8 vises skematisk et anlæg til fremstilling af den ovenfor beskrevne emballage. Eftersom man-15 ge detaljer i dette anlæg enten i og for sig er kendt eller er nærliggende for en fagmand, vises anlægget delvis i form af et blokskema. Med 14 betegnes en ekstruder indrettet til ekstrudering af et rundt rør af plast, f.eks. polypropen eller polyeten.
20 Røret er betegnet la'. Dette rør passerer derefter en kalibreringsindretning 15, der er vist nærmere i fig. 9, og i hvilken røret omformes til et firkantet tværsnitsprofil. Derefter er røret betegnet med la". Fremtrækningen gennem kalibreringsindretningen 15 25 sker ved hjælp af en fremtrækningsindretning 16 og afsluttes i en skæreindretning 17, i hvilken kropdele la'" tilvejebringes. Disse kropdele la'" svarer til to eller flere af de i fig. 2a og 2b viste kropdele la. Disse fremføres til en arkpålægningsmekanisme 30 19, der forsynes med ark fra en klæbemiddelpåsætnings- enhed 18. I denne enhed 18 forsynes et baneformet materiale, f.eks. et laminat af f.eks. aluminium og po-lypropen, med et klæbemiddel, som tørres delvis. Dette materiale skæres derefter ud i passende ark, som rulles 35 på kropenhederne la" , som nærmere beskrevet i fig.
7 141899 11a og Ilfa. Selve pålægningen af klæbemidlet fremgår bedst af fig. 10. På denne måde fremkommer der længder 1", som modsvarer to eller flere stummer 1 i henhold til fig. 1. Disse længder 1' føres ind i en 5 hærdningsindretning 20, der vises nærmere i fig. 12.
Derefter føres de til en færdigskæringsindretning 21, i hvilken de afskæres til kropdele 1. Disse føres ind i en lågfremstillings- og svejseindretning 22.
Stummerne 1 med de påsatte låg 2 føres derefter 10 til en bundpåføringsindretning 23, som modtager bunde fra et bundfremstillingsanlæg 24, f.eks. en vakuum-formemaskine. Disse bunde påsættes her løst, hvorefter de færdige emballager indføres i en indpakningsenhed 25. Derfra føres emballagerne til fyldning, idet de 15 løse bunde midlertidigt fjernes under fyldningen for derefter at fastsvejses definitivt. Ved denne fremgangsmåde kan der opnås en meget høj hygiejne.
I fig. 9 vises kalibreringsenheden 15, i hvilken det ekstruderede rør la' omformes til et rør 20 la" med rektangulær tværsnitsform. Dette sker ved hjælp af tæt placerede skiver 26, mellem hvilke der hele tiden dryppes en vis mængde vand til smøring og afkøling, og som er indelukket i et rum 27, der står under et vist undertryk til lettelse af formningen af 25 røret la’. Ved sin bageste ende afsluttes rummet 27 med en manchettætning 28. Uden for denne tætning findes der yderligere vandkølespredere 29. Denne omformning af tyndt gods udgør i og for sig selv en væsentlig nyhed. Med tyndt gods menes her gods med en tykkel-30 se på omkring 1 mm eller mindre.
I fig. 10 vises klæbemiddelpåsætningsenheden 18. I denne tages et laminat 31 fra en rulle 30 og føres gennem den egentlige klæbemiddelpåføringsindret-ning 32 ind i en tørreovn 33 forbi forskellige ven-35 deruller, der ikke er markeret med henvisningstal, frem 141899 δ til en. arkafskæringsenhed 34 med en kniv 35 og en fremføringskæde 36. Denne kæde kan eksempelvis være forsynet med gribere til fremføring af de afskårne ark. Disse ark, som betegnes med 37 (se fig. 8), på-5 føres ved hjælp af en trykvalse 39 på kropenhederne law f der føres ind på domen 40. Inden arkene 37 bringes i kontakt med enhederne la1" , behandles disse ved hjælp af et skematisk vist behandlingsanlæg 41.
Dette anlæg udgøres fortrinsvis af en såkaldt corona-lo indretning, men behandlingen kan også ske på anden måde, f.eks. ved hjælp af en åben flamme. Herved opnås en oxidering af overfladen, hvorved vedhæftningen af arket 37 lettes.
I fig. lla-llc vises skematisk, hvorledes etiket-15 ten eller arket 37 påføres kropenheden lam , som derefter afskæres ved hjælp af skæreknive 42. Inden denne overskæring sker, føres imidlertid kropenhederne la1" fortrinsvis gennem den i fig. 12 viste hærde-ovn 20. En sådan mellemhærdning har vist sig at lette 2o overskæringen i den efterfølgende overskæringsstation 21. Hærdningen formindsker nemlig risikoen for delamine-ring under afskæringen.
Tykkelsen af de forskellige materialelag kan varieres inden for vide grænser. Det har dog vist 25 sig praktisk til den indre, ekstruderede bøsning at anvende et polypropenmateriale med en godstykkelse under 1 mm og fortrinsvis mellem o,4 og o,8 mm.
Særlig gode resultater er opnået med en tykkelse på ca. o,5 mm. På sin yderside forsynes denne indre 3o bøsning fortrinsvis med et laminatmateriale bestående af aluminium og polypropen. Her har praktiske forsøg vist, at aluminiumslaget bør ligge mellem 8 og 2o jum, fortrinsvis 12 pm, og detydre polypropenlag bør

Claims (3)

141899 ligge mellem 20 ym og ca. 60 ym, fortrinsvis ca. 50 ym. På tilsvarende måde har praktiske forsøg vist, at der til det indvendige lag 3d i bundene fortrinsvis bør anvendes et laminat af en aluminiumsfolie på mellem 8 5 og 20 ym, fortrinsvis 12 ym, mellem to polypropenlag på ca. 50 ym. I låget anvendes i stedet for som inder-lag fortrinsvis et laminat af aluminiumsfolie mellem to folier af orienteret polypropen. Til aluminiumsfolien gælder samme værdier som ovenfor. Til folierne af orien-10 teret polypropen vælges en tykkelse på 18-35 ym, fortrinsvis 20-25 ym. Også delenes form og konstruktion kan naturligvis varieres.
1. Dåselignende emballage omfattende en bøsnings-15 agtig stumme (1) bestående af et indre plastlag, et mellemlag af aluminiumfolie (Ib) eller et tilsvarende, i hovedsagen gastæt materiale samt et ydre plastlag (lc), der beskytter mellemlaget, og til stummen fastgjorte top- (2) og bunddele (3), kendetegnet ved, 20 at det indre plastlag (la) er et ubrudt, sømløst lag,der udgør den bærende eller afstivende del af emballagen.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en emballage ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at stummens (1) indre, ubrudte, sømløse plastlag (la) frem- 25 stilles ved ekstrudering i form af et rør (la1, la", lam) , til hvilket lamineres mellemlaget (lb) af aluminiumfolie eller et lignende, i hovedsagen gastæt materiale og det ydre plastlag (lc), der beskytter mellemlaget (lb), og at der før eller efter lamine-30 ringsoperationen foretages afkæring i passende længder (1’), hvorefter topdele (2) og bunddele (3) sammenføjes med de afskårne længder.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at røret (la1) ekstruderes med cirkulært 35 tværsnit og derpå omformes til den ønskede tværsnitsform
