Xanthaten.
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op nieuwe xanthaatverbindingen, een werkwijze voor de bereiding ervan, samenstellingen die deze verbindingen bevatten en werkwijze voor de behandeling van virussen ermee.
5 Een paar alkylxanthaten zijn reeds bekend.
Deze werden tot nu toe gebruikt als schuimhulpmiddelen, pesticiden, herbiciden en vulcanisatieversnellers (verg. Ullmann's Enzyklopadie der technischen Chemie, 3de editie, deel XVIII, blz. 718-728).
10 Het doel van de onderhavige uitvinding is te voorzien in xanthaten met aanvaardbare farmacologische eigenschappen.
Geheel verrassend werd gevonden, dat bepaalde xanthaten gunstige antimicrobe en antivirale effecten, alsmede 15 activiteiten die de celgroei beïnvloeden, vertonen.
Derhalve wordt het onderwerp van de onderhavige uitvinding gevormd door xanthaten met de algemene formule 1: R1-0-C(=S)-S-R2, 20 waarin R1 is adamantyl, norbornyl, tricyclodecyl, benzyl, rechte of vertakte ('2-C2Q-alkyl, Q-cycloalkyl, furyl, pyridyl of chinuclidinyl en waarin de genoemde rechte of vertakte C3-C2q-alkylgroep gesubstitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy, C -C^-alkoxy groep of een halogeenatoom, en waarin de 25 genoemde Q-cycloalkylgroep eveneens gesubstitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy, C^-C^-alkoxy of C^C^-alkylgroep of een halogeenatoom en waarin 2 R is één- of meerwaardig metaalatoom, een rechte of vertakte C^-Cg-alkylgroep, die gesubstitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy-, 30 C^-C^-alkoxy-, amino-, Cj-C^-alkylamino-, (-alkyl) 2-amino-of (C1-C^-alkyl)3-ammoniumgroep of een halogeenatoom, of een 2,3-dihydroxypropyl- of ω-hydroxy-(C^C^-alkoxy)-methyl-groep voorstelt.
Indien R1 een rechte of vertakte C^~C20~ 35 alkylgroep voorstelt, kan deze bijv. staan voor propyl, butyl, pentyl, hexyl, heptyl, octyl, nonyl, decyl, undecyl, dodecyl, 8105326 . ' -2-- tridecyl, tetradecyl of pentadecylgroepen, in rechte, enkel-of veelvoudig vertakte vorm, bij voorkeur n-hexyl-, n-decyïr, n-dodecyl- en n-tetradecylgroepen. De bij voorkeur gebruikte cycloalkylgroepen zijn de cyclopentyl-, cyclohexyl-, cyclo-5 heptyl-, cyclooctyl-,cyclononyl-, cyclodecyl-, cycloundecyl-, cyclododecyl-, cyclotridecyl-, cyclotetradecyl- en cyclopenta-decylgroepen. Verreweg de meeste voorkeur wordt gegeven aan de cyclohexyl- en cyclododecylgroepen. Bi- en tricyclische groepen vallen er ook onder.
10 De boven vermelde halogeenatomen omvatten fluor, chloor, broom en jodium. Chloor of broom worden bij voorkeur als halogeensubstituenten gebruikt.

Indien R een metaalatoom is, is dit bij voorkeur een eenwaardig metaal, bijv. natrium of kalium.
15 De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding kunnen worden bereid volgens algemeen bekende methoden door een al- , coholaat met de formule R1-0-Me, waarin R1 de bovenvermelde betekenissen heeft en Me een alkalimetaalatoom is,‘tot reactie te brengeh met kooldisulfide, of door een alcohol met de 20 formule R^-OH, waarin R1 de boven vermelde betekenissen heeft, tot reactie te brengen’met kooldisulfide in aanwezigheid van een sterk alkali. Dit leidt tot verbindingen met formule 1, 2 waarin R een alkalimetaalatoom is. Voor de bereiding van ver- 2 bindingen met formule 1, waarin R een van de andere boven 25 vermelde betekenissen heeft, wordt een alkalixanthaat met formule 1 tot reactie gebracht in een inert oplosmiddel met een 2 alkyleringsmiddel, geschikt voor de R -groep.
De geneesmiddelen volgens de uitvinding bevatten tenminste één van de boven genoemde verbindingen met de 30 algemene formule 1, in een gewoonlijk gebruikte vloeibare of vaste drager. Bij de geneesmiddelen kan R1 ook een methyl- of ethylgroep zijn. De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding kunnen ook met bekende actieve middelen worden gecombineerd. De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding worden gekenmerkt door een 35 antimicrobe, in het bijzonder antivirale, werking. Het anti-virale werkingsgebied omvat bijv. herpes, influenza- en tumor-virussen. Bovendien is gebleken, dat de verbindingen volgens de uitvinding de groei van tumorcellen beïnvloeden.

Onderzoekingen in vitro door middel van plague-reductieproeven op verschillende virusstammen toonden een remming van de groei aan bij stofconcentraties in het gebied van 1-100 ^ig/ml. De toxiciteit van de stoffen volgens de 5 uitvinding is relatief laag. De stoffen kunnen bovenal worden gebruikt als effectieve voorbehoedsmiddelen tegen influenza en herpetische aandoeningen van de huid en slijmvliezen. De dagelijks toe te dienen dosis voor volwassenen tijdens de ziekte is ca. 5-100 mg van het actieve middel per dag.
10 Indien de verbindingen volgens de uitvinding worden toegediend langs parenterale, subcutane, intraveneuze, intramusculaire en intraperitoneale weg is de drager een steriele vloeistof, zoals water of olie, welke oliën van plantaardige, dierlijke of synthetische oorsprong zijn. Glucose-15 oplossingen worden doorgaans gebruikt voor injectie-oplossingen. In het algemeen moeten de vloeibare dragers van de injectie-oplossingen 0,5-25 gew.% van de actieve stof bevatten. De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding kunnen ook met succes langs orale weg worden toegediend en zijn eveneens geschikt voor de 20 behandeling van longontsteking door toepassing ervan in damp-of versproeide vorm, in de keel- en neusholten. Het meest geschikt voor orale toediening zijn tabletten, kapsules, poeders, oplossingen, suspensies of elixers. In deze toedieningsvormen is het gehalte aan actief bestanddeel tenminste 2 gew. % 25 betrokken op het totale gewicht van de samenstelling.
De uitvinding wordt verder toegelicht aan de hand van de volgende voorbeelden (smeltpunten worden aangegeven in graden Celsius).
VOORBEELD I
3 0 Natriumcyclododecylxanthaat.
100 g (0,54 mol) cyclododecanol wordt verwarmd tot 10Q°C en 2,5 g (0,11 mol) natrium wordt toegevoegd, waarna de temperatuur van het mengsel gedurende 1 h op 220°C wordt gehouden. Het produkt wordt uitgegoten in een porcelei-35 nen schaal, verpoederd na afkoelen, waarna het poeder wordt gesuspendeerd in ether (400 ml) en 9 g (0,12 mol) kooldisul-fide druppelsgewijs wordt toegevoegd. Na de toevoeging van 200 ml water wordt de waterige fase afgescheiden en wordt 20 g 8105326 .............. ................ --·* ..... NaCl toegevoegd. Het neerslag wordt afgefiltreerd en tweemaal herkristalliseerd uit alcohol (120 ml).
Opbrengst: 17 g (56 % van de theoretische waarde)
Smeltpunt: 218-219°C (ontleding).
5 Elementanalyse: berekend gevonden C 55,32 54,42 H 8,16 8,08 S 22,69 21,90 10 Op dezelfde manier werd het overeenkomstige kaliumzout bereid door toepassing van kalium in plaats van natrium.
VOORBEELD II
natriumbenzylxanthaat.
15 4,6 g (0,2 mol) natrium werd toegevoegd aan 108 g (1 mol) benzylalcohol onder stikstof. Het mengsel werd gedurende 2 h verwarmd tot 160°C, uitgegoten in een porcelei-nen schotel, waarna men het liet afkoelen. Het half-vaste produkt werd gesuspendeerd in ether (400 ml), 15,2 g (0,2 mol) 20 kooldisulfide werd druppelsgewijs toegevoegd en het mengsel werd gedurende 1 h onder terugvloeiïng verwarmd. Men liet de reactie-oplossing koelen, waarna het neerslag werd afgefiltreerd en gewassen met ether.’
Opbrengst: 16 g (39 % van de theoretische waarde) 25 Smeltpunt: >180°C (ontleding)

Op dezelfde manier werd het overeenkomstige kaliumzout bereid door toepassing van kalium in plaats van natrium.
VOORBEELD III
35 natriumcyclohexylxanthaat.
3,6 g (0,16 mol) natrium werd toegevoegd aan 100 ml (1 mol) cyclohexanol onder stikstof en onder terugvloeiïng verwarmd totdat volledige reactie van het natrium had 8105326 — - 5 - plaatsgevonden. De reactie-oplossing werd uitgegoten in een porceleinen schaal en na afkoeling verpoederd. Het poeder werd gesuspendeerd in ether (400 ml) en gedurende 15 min. tot terug-vloeiïng verwarmd. Na afkoeling werd 12,8 g (0,17 mol) kool-5 disulfide druppelsgewijs toegevoegd. Na de toevoeging van 200 ml water werd de waterige fase gescheiden en werd 40 g NaCl toegevoegd. Het neerslag werd afgefiltreerd, gewassen met ether en gedroogd.
Opbrengst: 25 g (75 % van de theoretische waarde) 10 Smeltpunt: >200°C (ontleding)

Op dezelfde manier werd het overeenkomstige kaliumzout bereid door toepassing van kalium in plaats van natrium.
Op dezelfde wijze, werden uitgaande van n-20 hexanol, de overeenkomstige natrium- en kalium-n-hexylxantha-ten bereid, welke actieve virustatische middelen bleken te zijn.
VOORBEELD IV
cyclohexylmethylxanthaat.
25 3 g (0,015 mol) natriumcyclohexylxanthaat werd opgelost in 50 ml droge methanol en gedurende 1 h onder terugvloeiïng met 10,7 g (0,075 mol) methyljodide verwarmd.
Na afkoeling werd.de reactie-oplossing drooggedampt door middel van een filmverdamper, opgelost in ether/water (50/50), 30 waarna de etherfase werd afgescheiden en gedroogd met natrium-sulfaat, gezuiverd met actieve kool/bleekaarde, en drooggedampt met behulp van een filmverdamper.
Opbrengst: 2 g (70 % van de theoretische waarde)

VOORBEELD V
kaliumadamantylxanthaat.
15,2 g (0,1 mol) adamantanol werd opgelost in droge tetrahydrofuraan, waarna stikstof in de oplossing werd gebracht en 2 g kalium (0,05 mol) werd toegevoegd. De oplos-5 sing werd gedurende 10 h onder terugvloeiing verwarmd. Na afkoeling werd het produkt gesuspendeerd in 200 ml ether en verwarmd tot terugvloeiing gedurende 15 min. 3,8 g (0,05 mol) kooldisulfide werd toegevoegd en de oplossing werd opnieuw verwarmd gedurende 45 min onder terugvloeiing. Na afkoeling 10 werd 200 ml water toegevoegd. De waterige fase werd afgescheiden, waarna 25 g NaCl werd toegevoegd en het neerslag werd af-gefiltreerd.
Opbrengst: 2 g (8 % van de theoretische waarde)

VOORBEELD VI
kalium-2-endo-bicyclo^2.2.1*'f/-heptyl- 2 5 xanthaat.
340 g (ca. 3 mol) endo-norborneol werd onder stikstofatmosfeer gesmolten (160°C) en tot reactie gebracht met porties van in totaal 19,55 g (0,5 mol) korstvrij kalium. De temperatuur werd gehouden op 160°C totdat volledige oplos-30 sing van het metaal had plaatsgevonden. Vervolgens werd de overmaat norborneol afgedestilleerd, het kleurloze residu gedurende een korte tijd gedroogd onder hoog vacuum en opgelost in 500 ml absolute tetrahydrofuraan. Onder koeling werd 31 ml (0,5 mol) kooldisulfide opgelost in 150 ml absolute ether 35 druppel voor druppel aan dit alcoholaat toegevoegd. Het reac-tiemengsel werd gedurende 1 h geroerd bij 40°C. Het xanthaat dat reeds tijdens het verloop van de reactie in de vorm van een licht-geel neerslag zich. afscheidde, werd grotendeels 8105326 - 7 - neergeslagen door de toevoeging van 1 1 droge ether. Het neerslag werd afgezogen en grondig met ether gespoeld op de zuig-filterinrichting. Het xanthaat kristalliseerde uit geconcentreerde alcoholoplossing uit in de vorm van fijne, licht-5 gele naalden.
Opbrengst: 95 g (83 % van de theoretische waarde)
Smeltpunt: 256-258°C (ontleding)
Elementanalyse: berekend gevonden 10 C 42,44 42,40 H 4,90 4,92 S 28,32 27,90
Op dezelfde manier werd het overeenkomstige natriumzout bereid door toepassing van natrium in plaats van 15 kalium.
VOORBEELD VII
— 2 fi— kalium-8(9)-tricyclo/5.2.1.0 '_/-decylxanthaat 457 g (ca. 3 mol) tricyclo/^5.2.1.02/^7<3ecanol-8(9) (TCD alcohol A, isomeermengsel geleverd door Höechst AG) 20 werd onder beschermende gasatmosfeer (stikstof) in porties tot reactie gebracht met een totaal van 19,55 g (0,5 mol) korst-vrij kalium onder roeren bij 150-l60°C. De temperatuur van het mengsel werd op dit niveau gehouden totdat volledige reactie van het metaal had plaatsgevonden. Daarop werd de overmaat 25 alcohol afgedestilleerd onder vacuum, waarna het alcoholaat onder hoog vacuum werd gedroogd en werd opgelost in 500 ml absolute tetrahydrofuraan. Onder koeling werd 31 ml (0,5 mol) kooldisulfide in 150 ml absolute ether geleidelijke toegevoegd aan de reactie-oplossing. Het mengsel werd geroerd gedurende 30 1 h bij 40°C, het xanthaat werd neergeslagen door toevoeging van 1 1 droge ether, afgefiltreerd en grondig met ether gespoeld op de zuigfilterinrichting. Na herkristallisatie uit ethanol werden fijne licht-gele kristallen verkregen.
Opbrengst: 104 (78 % van de theoretische waarde) 35 Smeltpunt: 260°C (ontleding)

Op dezelfde manier werd het overeenkomstige 5 natriumzout bereid door toepassing van natrium in plaats van kalium.
De verbindingen volgens de uitvinding worden gekenmerkt door waardevolle farmacodynamische eigenschappen en kunnen daarom met succes worden toegepast in de geneeskunde en 10 veeartsenij.
De virustatische eigenschappen werden aangetoond door de in-vitro-beproeving van virusremming in een remmingsareola (plaque-remmingstest) en volgens de plaque-reductiemethode. De volgende virusstammen werden gebruikt: 15 Influenza A2
Vaccinvirus
Herpes-virus
Tumor-virussen van het SV 40 type...
In deze plaque-remmingsproef werden weefsel-20 culturen van influenza- en vaccinvirussen (kuikenfibroblasten), parainfluenza (aapnierschorscellen) en herpes-virussen (menselijke vruchtvliescellen) op een zodanige manier besmet, dat zich dicht op elkaar gepakte, maar individuele plaques vormden. De teststof werd daarop toegepast in de vorm van een 1 %-25 ige oplossing en de diameter van de remmingsareola werd bepaald. De resultaten worden weergegeven in de volgende tabel.

Na het aanbrengen van de teststof, gevolgd door besmetting met de verschillende virussen en incubatie, werd het aantal plaques gevormd door de virussen bepaald. Hoe kleiner 15 het aantal plaques is in vergelijking met de controle, des te effectiever de te testen stof. De testresultaten worden samengevat in de volgende tabel.

Werkwijze voor de behandeling, d.w.z. het 30 onder controle houden van virussen.
De antivirale behandeling van een gastheer, welke lijdt aan een dergelijke aandoening, omvattende de trap van toediening aan de patient, gastheer of locus lijdende aan een dergelijke virale verontreiniging of besmetting van het 8105326 . - 10 - gekozen xanthaan met de eerder genoemde formule 1 in een anti-viraal effectieve hoeveelheid voor dit doel langs orale, uitwendige of parenterale weg, waarbij de toegediende hoeveelheid bij voorkeur 10-100 mg per doseereenheid langs orale weg be-5 draagt, of 0,05-5 mg per doseereenheid langs parenterale weg bedraagt, vormt de behandelingswerkwijze volgens de onderhavige uitvinding in de meest brede omvang. Geschikte doseervormen volgen.
De doseringen van xanthaten zullen in het 10 algemeen de doseringen van het standaard-aminoadamantaanwater-stofchloride antivirale middel benaderen en in veel gevallen zullen deze vanwege de verhoogde antivirale activiteit van de xanthaatverbindingen, aanzienlijk lager zijn.
Doseervormen 15 Vormen van doseereenheden voor antivirale of andere toepassing volgens de onderhavige uitvinding kunnen van het gebruikelijk geschikte type zijn. Voor orale toediening bevat de doseereenheid in het algemeen ca. 10-100 mg geschikt actief bestanddeel, hetzij xanthaatester of -zout,"bij voor-20 keur ca. 50 mg ervan. Voor parenterale toediening in steriele oplossing bevat de eenheidsdosis gewoonlijk 0,05-5 mg geschikt actief bestanddeel, bij voorkeur ca. 2,5 mg ervan. Zoals reeds gesteld, wordt de geschikte verbinding bij voorkeur te zamen of in samenhang met een farmaceutisch aanvaardbare drager, 25 toegediend en bij voorkeur in de vorm van een tablet.
Volgens de gebruikelijke praktijk wordt dan ook de actieve xanthaatverbinding in het algemeen samengebracht met een niet-toxisch farmaceutisch verdunningsmiddel of drager, welke hetzij een vast materiaal of een vloeistof kan 30 zijn. Gemengde dragers verdienen de voorkeur voor sommige toepassingen. De samenstelling kan de vorm aannemen van tabletten, poeders, kapsules, vloeibare oplossingen, emulsies of suspensies, of andere doseervormen, die bijzonder nuttig zijn voor orale toediening. Vloeibare of half-vloeibare verdunnings-35 middelen kunnen worden toegepast voor oraal gebruikt. Een dergelijk medium kan een oplosmiddel zoals water zijn of dit bevatten. De enige grondbeperkingen voor het te gebruiken vloeibare verdunningsmiddel zijn verenigbaarheid en smaak. De 8105326 - ' - 11 - samenstellingen kunnen de vorm aannemen van het geschikte xanthaat gemengd met vaste verdunningsmiddelen en/of tablet-teermiddelen, zoals rijstzetmeel, maïszetmeel, aardappelzetmeel, lactose, sacharose, gelatine, talk, stearinezuur, mag-5 nesiumstearaat, carboxymethylcellulose, gommen zoals acacia-gom of tragacanth, chicle, agar agar of dergelijke. Wanneer in vloeibare vorm, kan de samenstelling een steriele of niet-steriele oplossing, suspensie, dispersie, elixer of dergelijke zijn zoals algemeen bekend volgens de stand der techniek.
10 Voor uitwendige toepassing kan de samenstelling bijv. in de vorm van een oplossing, lotion, zalf, smeersel, tinctuur o.d. zijn.

Claims (11)
1. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van verbin- dingen met de formule R -0-C(=S)-S-R ,(1), waarin R1 adamantyl, norbornyl, tricyclodecyl, benzyl, rechte 5 of vertakte CgH^g-alkyl, C^-^Q-cycloalkyl, furyl, pyridyl of chinuclidinyl is en waarin de genoemde rechte of vertakte C3-C2o-alkylgroep gesubstitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy-, C^-C^-alkoxygroep of een halogeenatoom en waarin de genoemde Cs-^Q-'Cycloalkylgroep eveneens gesubstitueerd kan zijn met 10 een hydroxy-, C^-C^-alkoxy- of C^-C^-alkylgroep of een halogeenatoom en waarin R^ is één- of meerwaardig metaalatoom, een rechte of vertakte C^Cg-alkylgroep, die gesubstitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy-, C^C^-alkoxy-, amino-, alkylamino- of (C^-C^-alkyl)2-aminogroep, of C^-C^-alkyl)3-15 ammoniumgroep of een halogeenatoom, of een 2,3-dihydroxy-propylgroep of ω-hydroxy-(C^C^-alkoxy)-methylgroep voorstelt, met het kenmerk, dat een alcoholaat met de formule R-O-Me, waarin Me een alkalimetaalatoom is, wordt onderworpen aan directe reactie met kooldisulfide,-öf dat een 20 alcohol met de formule R-OH tot reactie wordt gebracht met kooldisulfide in aanwezigheid van sterk alkali, waarna het verkregen xanthaat wordt behandeld indien noodzakelijk met een 2 geschikt alkyleringsmiddel ter introductie van de R -groep.
2. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 1, met 25 het kenmerk, dat Me .een alkalimetaalatoom is en dat het alcoholaat direct tot reactie wordt gebracht met kooldisulfide.
3. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van een alkali- metaalcyclododecylxanthaat, een alkalimetaalbenzylxanthaat, 30 een alkalimetaalcyclohexylxanthaat, een alkalimetaaladamantyl- - 14- xanthaat, een alkalimetaal-2-endo-bicyclo/2.2.1 '_/heptyl- __ "" 2 g — xanthaat, of een alkalimetaal-8(9)-tricyclo/5.2.1.0 _/decyl-xanthaat is, met het kenmerk, dat een alkali-metaalcyclododecanoaat, een alkalimetaalbenzylaat een alkali-35 metaalcyclohexanoaat, een alkalimetaaladamantanoaat, een alkalimetaalnorborneolaat, of een alkalimetaal-8(9)-tricyclo-[5.2.1.0 '_/decanoaat wordt gemengd en tot reactie gebracht met kooldisulfide, onder oplevering van het gewenste produkt. 8105326 . Werkwijze voor de bereiding van natrium-cyclododecylxanthaat, natriumbenzylxanthaat, natriumcyclo- hexylxanthaat, kaliumadamantylxanthaatr kalium-2-endo-bi- — 1 4— — cyclo^2.2.1 r_/-heptylxanthaat, of kalium-8(9)-tricyclo/5.2.1. 2 g— "" 5 o '”/decylxanthaat, met het kenmerk, dat natriumcyclododecanoaat, natriumbenzylaat, natriumcyclohexano-aat, kaliumadamantanoaat, kaliumnorborneolaat, of kalium-8(9)-tricyclo/5.2.1.0 '_/decanoaat wordt gemengd en tot reactie wordt gebracht met kooldisulfide onder oplevering van het 10 gewenste produkt.
5. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van cyclo- hexylmethylxanthaat, met het kenmerk, dat natriumcyclohexylxanthaat met methyljodide tot reactie wordt gebracht onder oplevering van het gewenste produkt.
6. Xanthaten met de formule 1: 1 2 1 R —0-C(=S)-S-R , waarin R adamantyl, norbornyl, tricyclodecyl, benzyl, rechte of vertakte C3-C2g-cycloalkyl, furyl, pyridyl of chinuclidinyl is en waarin de genoemde rechte of vertakte C^-^Q-alkylgroep gesubstitueerd kan zijn 20 met een hydroxy-, C^-C^-alkoxygroep of een halogeenatoom en waarin de boven genoemde Q-cycloalkylgroep eveneens ge substitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy-, C -C.-alkoxy- of 14 2 C^-C^-alkylgroep of een halogeenatom en waarin R is één- of meerwaardig metaalatoom, een rechte of vertakte C^-Cg-alkyl-25 groep, die gesubstitueerd kan zijn met een hydroxy-, C^-C^-alkoxy-, amino-, C^C^-alkylamino- of (C^C^-alkyl) 2~amino-groep of (C^-C^-alkyl)^-ammoniumgroep of een halogeenatoom, of een 2,3-dihydroxypropylgroep of ω-hydroxy-(C^-C^-alkoxy)-methylgroep voorstelt.
7. Verbinding volgens conclusie 6, met het kenmerk, dat deze een alkalimetaalxanthaat is.

Verbinding volgens conclusie 6, met het kenmerk, dat deze alkalimetaalcyclododecyl- xanthaat, alkalimetaalbenzylxanthaat, alkalimetaalcyclohexyl- 35 xanthaat, alkalimetaaladamantylxanthaat, alkalimetaal-2-endo-- 14- bicyclo/2.2.1 '_/heptylxantaat of alkalimetaal-8(9)-tricyclo-/5.2.1.O^'fy^scylxanthaat is.
9. Verbinding volgens conclusie 6, met 8105326 -*£ Α< „ u - 14 - het kenmerk, dat deze natriumcyclododecylxanthaat, natriumbenzylxanthaat, natriumcyclohexylxanthaat, kaliumada-mantylxanthaat, kalium-2-endo-bicyclo/2.2.11'^7heptylxanthaat, _ 2 g— “ of kalium-8(9)-tricyclo/5.2.1.0 _/decylxanthaat is.
10. Verbinding vólgens conclusie 6, met het kenmerk, dat deze cyclohexylmethylxanthaat is.
