Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un producto alimenticio no lacteo que se puede batir que comprende una emulsion de aceite en agua. Este producto se puede vertir refrigerado, asi como a temperatura ambiente, haciendo mas facil el batido. El producto comprende al menos el 30% de grasas de trigliceridos, emulsificantes que comprenden polisorbato (60) y polisorbato (80), estabilizadores y proteinas de modo que la confeccion batida tiene una textura suave y no grasosa, una sensacion en la boca no cerosa y caracteristicas organolepticas agradables.
