Abstract
Esta invencion proporciona una composicion liposomica, que contiene como ingrediente activo la (-)-N-alfa-dimetil-N-(2-propinilfeniletilamina) (selegilina) y/o una sal de la misma. Esta composicion contiene: de 0.1-40% por peso de selegilina y/o una sal de la misma, de 2 a 40% por peso de lípidos, de preferencia fosfolípidos, de 0 a 10% por peso de colesterol, de 0 a 20% por peso de un alcohol, de 0 a 25% por peso de un glicol, de 0 a 3% por peso de un antioxidante, de 0 a 3% por peso de un agente conservador, de 0 a 2% por peso de un agente que influye en la viscosidad, de 0 a 50% por peso de ciclodextrina o un derivado de la ciclodextrina y de 30 a 90% por peso de agua. Esta invencion se relaciona con una composicion farmacéutica que contiene la composicion liposomica descrita y si se desea, agentes de material de relleno y diluyentes usuales y otros auxiliares, de preferencia en forma oral, parenteral o transdémica. Esta invencion proporciona el proceso para la preparacion de las composicion liposomicas que contienen selegilina y/o una sal de la misma. Por consiguiente, la composicion liposomica de esta invencion puede ser administrada para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Alzheimer, enfermedad de Parkinson, depresion, ataque, enfermedad por el movimiento o mielitis.
