Abstract

Un sistema automatizado para proporcionar por lo menos la remoción periódica de iones de metal y contaminantes de un baño químico, que consiste de un microprocesador programado para controlar los circuitos de fluido de las bombas y válvulas para en un estado de funcionamiento hacer circular una primera cantidad predeterminada del baño químico desde un primer tanque, a través de una columna de intercambio de iones, y de nuevo al primer tanque; para en un segundo estado de funcionamiento hacer circular agua desionizada desde un segundo tanque hacia la columna de IES para desplazar el baño químico residual del mismo para el regreso del primer tanque; para en un tercer estado de funcionamiento hacer circular agua deionizada a través de la columna IES, y descargar el agua de enjuague de un orificio de residuos; para en un cuarto estado de funcionamiento hacer circular el ácido regenerante a través de la columna de intercambio de iones y descargar el ácido usado desde un orificio de residuos; para en un quinto estado de funcionamiento hacer circular el agua desionizada a través de la columna de IES para enjuagar el generante de ácido de la misma y descargar la misma fuera del orificio de residuos; y para en un sexto estado de funcionamiento hacer circular el baño químico hacia la columna de IES para desplazar el agua de enjuague residual del mismo y descargar la misma fuera del orificio de residuos, en preparación para un ciclo de tratamiento del baño químico.
