Abstract
La unidad de rueda eléctricamente motorizada comprende una flecha hueca que tiene una primera abertura en un extremo de la misma y una segunda abertura; la primera abertura recibe conductores desde el exterior de la unidad; un estator coaxial con la flecha y unido fijamente ésta, se proporciona con una porción hueca y espirales; un rotor coaxial con el estator y montado para rotación alrededor del estator; y un sistema convertidor para convertir una corriente eléctrica de entrada a una corriente eléctrica de corriente alterna, variable, el sistema convertidor incluye componentes electrónicos de potencia montados fijamente dentro de la porción hueca, terminales de entrada para recibir la corriente eléctrica de entrada, y terminales de salida para entregar la corriente eléctrica CA variable; mediante lo cual se proporciona la corriente CA variable a las espirales o bobinas del estator.
