Abstract
Description
ハウジングに連結されており、少なくとも2つのグループの物理的に分離された複数の巻き線を有するステータと、
ステータ内に同軸に回転可能に取り付けられており、複数の永久磁石を有しているロータと、
複数の巻き線内の電力と、電力の位相とを制御する制御手段と、
複数の巻き線を流れる電流と、ロータのステータに対する角度位置とを計測する計測手段と、
制御手段と計測手段とに接続され、電気モータを動作させる動作手段と、
動作手段に接続され、データをハウジングの外部に通信するデータ通信手段と、
を備えている電気モータを提供する。本発明はさらに、回転軸線を有している車軸を有している車輪と、電気モータの回転軸線を有しているロータを備えている電気モータとを備え、電気モータは、電気モータの回転軸線が車輪の回転軸線の上方に配置された状態で、乗り物内に配置されている乗り物に関する。
1.パワーモジュール
最下位の階層では、複数のIGBT主電流モジュールが使用された。IGBT主電流モジュール内に存在する構造は、それ自体信頼性が高く、低熱放射と最適な効率を保証する。主電流モジュールは、巻き線を流れる電流を調整する。巻き線は、3つのグループに分けられ、各々の位相は異なっている。巻き線あたり2つの主電流モジュールが設けられている。主電流モジュールは、上位の階層によって制御されており、それは以下のとおりである。
2.電流レギュレータ
第2の階層では、2つのIGBT主電流モジュールが1つの電流レギュレータに接続され、電流レギュレータによって制御されている。ホール原理によって動作する独立した電流センサ(ホールセンサ)と共に、電流レギュレータは、付随しているモータ巻き線内の電流を制御する独立した最終階層を構成している。この階層では、モジュールと電流レギュレータは、動作用電子部品からすでに電気的に分離されている。2つの主電流モジュールを有している電流レギュレータとホールセンサは、さらに4Q−モジュールと呼ばれる。電流レギュレータを備えている主電流モジュールは制御装置を構成している。制御装置は巻き線ごとに存在している。
3.ベクトルジェネレータ
ベクトルジェネレータは、制御値を複数のいわゆる4Q−モジュール(階層1と2)に供給し、それによって、4Q−モジュールは同期モータの巻き線よって磁場ベクトルを発生して、トルクのモーメントを定める。
4.CPUつまり中央処理装置
最初の3つの階層は一緒に電気モータ内に収容されている。CPUは、電気モータの外側に配置され、光学リングデータバスライン(ORDABUL)または他のコンピュータネットワーク接続によって乗り物上に存在する可能性のある本発明のさまざまなモータと通信する。右左折をして(taking bends)、運転の考え方全体(complete driving concept)を診断するときに、推定航法(odmetrics)によって、走行した道路について、AGV(無人搬送車)に必要な計算を実行することもできる。各階層は、運転状態にとって重要な情報を監視しCPUに報告する。エラー報告は、上層の階層に即座に報告され、上層の階層は、損傷が発生する前に必要な措置を講じることで対応する。上層の階層は、エラーに対して正しく応答する緊急プログラムを起動することができる。その結果、1つのモジュール内のエラーが乗り物全体に影響することはほとんどない。
Claims (31)
- 車輪回転軸線を有する車輪と、動作時に前記車輪に駆動モーメントを加える駆動手段とを有し、前記駆動モーメントのアームを前記車輪の半径の大きさで割った駆動率が0.57よりも大きい駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動率が0.65よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動率が0.7よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動率が1.0よりも小さく、好ましくは0.95よりも小さい、請求項1、2または3に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動手段は電気モータを含む、先行する請求項の1つまたはいくつかの請求項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記電気モータは複数の永久磁石を備えている同期モータである、請求項5に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記電気モータは、乗り物内に、該乗り物に対して静止して配置されている複数の巻き線を備えているステータと、永久磁石を備えているロータとを有している、請求項5または6に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記ステータ内に前記電気モータを動作させるための動作手段と制御手段とを有している、請求項7に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記ロータは、前記ステータの周りにこれと同軸に配置されており、かつ前記電気モータの駆動軸に接続されている、請求項8に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動手段は、前記車輪の外側に、かつ前記車輪に隣接して取り付けられている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動手段は駆動軸を有し、前記車輪は車軸を有しており、前記駆動軸と前記車軸とは一直線に揃えられている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動手段は駆動軸を有し、前記車輪は車軸を有しており、前記駆動軸は前記車軸を直接駆動する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動軸は前記車軸である、請求項12に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記車輪は車軸を有し、前記複数の永久磁石は前記車軸に接続されている、請求項7に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記車輪が車軸を有し、前記駆動手段は、前記車軸を直接駆動する駆動軸を有している電気モータを含み、前記電気モータは、少なくとも0.3Nm/kg乗り物質量の、好ましくは少なくとも0.4Nm/kg乗り物質量の最大公称トルクを有している、乗り物質量を有する乗り物のための、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 車軸を備えている車輪と、駆動軸とロータとステータとを有している電気モータとを有し、前記駆動軸は直接駆動のために前記車軸に接続されており、前記電気モータは前記車輪の隣に配置されている、乗り物用の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記車軸と前記駆動軸は一直線に配置されている、請求項16に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動モーメントのアームを前記車輪の半径の大きさで割ったものである、前記駆動モータの駆動率は0.57よりも大きく、前記電気モータは、少なくとも0.3Nm/kg乗り物質量の、好ましくは少なくとも0.4Nm/kg乗り物質量の最大公称トルクを有している、乗り物質量を有している乗り物用の、請求項16または17に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリに適したモータ。
- ハウジングを有し、該ハウジングが
該ハウジングに連結され、かつ少なくとも2つのグループの物理的に分離された複数の巻き線を有するステータと、
前記ステータ内に同軸に回転可能に取り付けられ、かつ複数の永久磁石を有しているロータと、
前記複数の巻き線内の電力と、前記電力の位相とを制御する制御手段と、
前記複数の巻き線を流れる電流と、前記ロータの前記ステータに対する角度位置とを計測する計測手段と、
前記制御手段と前記計測手段とに接続されて前記電気モータを動作させる動作手段と、
前記動作手段に接続され、データを前記ハウジングの外部と通信するデータ通信手段と、
を備えたハウジングを有する電気モータ。 - 前記計測手段は、2つ前記永久磁石の間に配置されていて、磁場を計測する少なくとも2つの手段を有している、請求項20に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ロータの軸線方向両端部は、取り付け手段、特に駆動軸用の取り付け手段を有している、請求項20または21に記載の電気モータ。
- 両前記取り付け手段の1つは、内部で、軸の端部を前記ロータに動作可能に接続可能なブッシュを含む、請求項22に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記動作手段は、いわゆる「マスタ」と「スレーブ」設定を有しており、前記動作手段は、出力に対する要求または前記ロータの回転速度のいずれかに影響されて、または前記データ通信手段によって、いわゆる「マスタ」設定から「スレーブ」設定に、そしてその逆に変更可能である、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 請求項24に記載の少なくとも2つの電気モータのアセンブリであって、前記電気モータの1つはいわゆる「マスタ」に設定され、他方の、またはそれ以外の前記電気モータはいわゆる「スレーブ」に設定されており、前記データ通信手段は相互に接続されて、各々が、前記他の電気モータまたは複数の電気モータとデータを交換する、アセンブリ。
- 前記ロータの軸線方向端部はホモキネティックカプリングを備えている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 回転軸線を有している車軸を有している車輪と、電気モータの回転軸線を有しているロータを備えている電気モータとを備え、前記電気モータは、前記電気モータの前記回転軸線が前記車輪の前記回転軸線の上方に配置された状態で、該乗り物内に配置されている乗り物。
- 前記電気モータの前記回転軸線は前記車輪の前記回転軸線に実質的に平行である、請求項27に記載の乗り物。
- 前記ロータは1つまたは2つ以上のホモキネティックカプリングによって前記車軸に連結されている、請求項27または28に記載の乗り物。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータを備えた先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の乗り物。
- 明細書に記述されたおよび/または図に示された1つまたは2つ以上の特徴的な手段を有する装置。
