Abstract
【解決手段】駆動アセンブリは、車輪回転軸線を有する車輪と、動作時に車輪に駆動モーメントを加える電気モータを含む駆動手段と、を有する。電気モータは、複数の巻き線を有するステータと、ステータの周りに複数の永久磁石を備えているロータとを有している同期モータであり、ステータは静止して乗り物に接続され、ロータはステータの周りを回転するように配置された永久磁石を有し、かつ車輪の車軸に接続されている。車輪は、駆動アセンブリが動作中に道路の表面と係合する外部表面を有する駆動アセンブリにおいて、ロータの内側半径を前記車輪の半径の大きさで割った駆動率が0.7よりも大きい。

ことを特徴とする駆動アセンブリを提供する。
最下位の階層では、複数のIGBT主電流モジュールが使用された。IGBT主電流モジュール内に存在する構造は、それ自体信頼性が高く、低熱放射と最適な効率を保証する。主電流モジュールは、巻き線を流れる電流を調整する。巻き線は、3つのグループに分けられ、各々の位相は異なっている。巻き線あたり2つの主電流モジュールが設けられている。主電流モジュールは、上位の階層によって制御されており、それは以下のとおりである。
第2の階層では、2つのIGBT主電流モジュールが1つの電流レギュレータに接続され、電流レギュレータによって制御されている。ホール原理によって動作する独立した電流センサ(ホールセンサ)と共に、電流レギュレータは、付随しているモータ巻き線内の電流を制御する独立した最終階層を構成している。この階層では、モジュールと電流レギュレータは、動作用電子部品からすでに電気的に分離されている。2つの主電流モジュールを有している電流レギュレータとホールセンサは、さらに4Q−モジュールと呼ばれる。電流レギュレータを備えている主電流モジュールは制御装置を構成している。制御装置は巻き線ごとに存在している。
ベクトルジェネレータは、制御値を複数のいわゆる4Q−モジュール(階層1と2)に供給し、それによって、4Q−モジュールは同期モータの巻き線よって磁場ベクトルを発生して、トルクのモーメントを定める。
最初の3つの階層は一緒に電気モータ内に収容されている。CPUは、電気モータの外側に配置され、光学リングデータバスライン(ORDABUL)または他のコンピュータネットワーク接続によって乗り物上に存在する可能性のある本発明のさまざまなモータと通信する。右左折をして(taking bends)、運転の考え方全体(complete driving concept)を診断するときに、推定航法(odmetrics)によって、走行した道路について、AGV(無人搬送車)に必要な計算を実行することもできる。各階層は、運転状態にとって重要な情報を監視しCPUに報告する。エラー報告は、上層の階層に即座に報告され、上層の階層は、損傷が発生する前に必要な措置を講じることで対応する。上層の階層は、エラーに対して正しく応答する緊急プログラムを起動することができる。その結果、1つのモジュール内のエラーが乗り物全体に影響することはほとんどない。
Claims (9)
- 道路の表面上を走行する乗り物のための駆動アセンブリであって、
車輪回転軸線を有する車輪と、
動作時に前記車輪に駆動モーメントを加える電気モータを含む駆動手段と、
を有し、
前記電気モータは、複数の巻き線を有するステータと、前記ステータの周りに複数の永久磁石を備えているロータとを有している同期モータであり、前記ステータは静止して前記乗り物に接続され、前記ロータは前記ステータの周りを回転するように配置された前記永久磁石を有し、かつ前記車輪の車軸に接続されており、
前記車輪は、前記駆動アセンブリが動作中に道路の表面と係合する外部表面を有する駆動アセンブリにおいて、ロータの内側半径を前記車輪の半径の大きさで割った駆動率が0.7よりも大きいことを特徴とする駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記駆動率が1.0よりも小さく、好ましくは0.95よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記ステータ内に前記電気モータを動作させるための動作手段と制御手段とを有している、請求項1または2に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記ロータは、前記ステータの周りにこれと同軸に配置されており、かつ前記電気モータの駆動軸に接続されている、請求項3に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動手段は駆動軸を有し、前記車輪は車軸を有しており、前記駆動軸と前記車軸とは一直線に揃えられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動手段は駆動軸を有し、前記車輪は車軸を有しており、前記駆動軸は前記車軸を直接駆動する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記駆動軸は前記車軸である、請求項6に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記車輪は車軸を有し、前記複数の永久磁石は前記車軸に接続されている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記車輪が車軸を有し、前記駆動手段は、前記車軸を直接駆動する駆動軸を有している電気モータを含み、前記電気モータは、少なくとも0.3Nm/kg乗り物質量の、好ましくは少なくとも0.4Nm/kg乗り物質量の最大公称トルクを有している、乗り物質量を有する乗り物のための、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
