Description
さらに、本発明の動力配分装置によれば、第1及び第2回転機の一方は、車両の旋回時において、左右の車輪のスリップ率が車輪のグリップ力が最大になる所定スリップ率になるように制御されるとともに、車輪のスリップ率が所定スリップ率になったときに、第1及び第2回転機の一方の回転数が0になる。これにより、車輪のグリップ力が最大に発揮されるとともに、このときに要求される回転機の出力を最小限に抑制することができる。

ここで、ZRは、互いに等しい第1及び第2リングギヤR1、R2の歯数(以下「リングギヤ歯数」という)であり、ZSは、互いに等しい第1及び第2サンギヤS1、S2の歯数(以下「サンギヤ歯数」という)であり、ZR/ZSは、リングギヤ歯数ZRとサンギヤ歯数ZSとの歯数比(以下、単に「歯数比」という)である。
また、式(1)を、歯数比ZR/ZSについて表すと、次式(2)が得られる。

Claims (2)
- 互いに差回転が可能な2つの回転軸に動力を配分するための動力配分装置であって、
第1サンギヤ、ダブルピニオンタイプのプラネタリギヤを支持する第1キャリア、及び第1リングギヤを有する第1遊星歯車機構と、
当該第1遊星歯車機構と同軸状に並列され、第2サンギヤ、ダブルピニオンタイプのプラネタリギヤを支持する第2キャリア、及び第2リングギヤを有する第2遊星歯車機構と、
第1回転機及び第2回転機と、を備え、
前記第1サンギヤ及び前記第2キャリアは、互いに連結されるとともに、前記第1回転機に連結され、
前記第1キャリア及び前記第2サンギヤは、互いに連結されるとともに、前記第2回転機に連結され、
前記第1リングギヤは前記2つの回転軸の一方に連結され、前記第2リングギヤは前記2つの回転軸の他方に連結され、
前記第1リングギヤと前記第1サンギヤの歯数比、及び前記第2リングギヤと前記第2サンギヤの歯数比は、互いに同じ値に設定されており、
前記2つの回転軸は、車両の左右の車輪に連結された左右の出力軸であり、
前記第1及び第2回転機の一方は、前記車両の旋回時において、前記車輪のスリップ率が前記車輪のグリップが最大になる所定スリップ率になるように制御され、
前記第1リングギヤと前記第1サンギヤの前記歯数比、及び前記第2リングギヤと前記第2サンギヤの前記歯数比は、前記車輪のスリップ率が前記所定スリップ率になったときに、前記第1及び第2回転機の前記一方の回転数が0になるように設定されていることを特徴とする動力配分装置。 - 前記第1サンギヤ及び前記第2サンギヤは互いに同じ歯数を有し、前記第1リングギヤ及び前記第2リングギヤは互いに同じ歯数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の動力配分装置。
