Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir simultáneamente L-amino ácidos altamente concentrados y riboflavina, y a un microorganismo para producir de forma simultánea L-amino ácidos y riboflavina. Más particularmente, la presente invención se refiere a un-microorganismo mutado para producir simultáneamente L-lisina o L-treonina y riboflavina, en el que el microorganismo se modifica mediante el mejoramiento de la actividad de una familia de enzimas expresada por un operón costilla que contiene una familia de genes de biosíntesis de riboflavina en Corynebacterium, sp. capaz de producir L-lisina o Ltreonina. También, la presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción simultánea de L-lisina, o L-treonina y riboflavina utilizando el microorganismo mutado, y se refiere a una preparación o preparación granular de alimentos y aditivos de alimentos que contienen L-lisina o L-treonina y riboflavina producidos a partir de un medio de cultivo del microorganismo mutado. El microorganismo caracterizado porque el microorganismo Corynebacterium sp. Se selecciona del grupo constitutido por Corynebacterium glutamicum, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes, Corynebacterium thermoaminogenes, Brevibacterium flavum y Brevebacterium lactofermentum.
