Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO FERMENTATIVA DE L-AMINOáCIDOS COM AMPLIFICAçãO DO GENE TKT". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de L-aminoácidos por meio de fermentação de bactérias corineformes, o qual compreende realizar as seguintes etapas: a) fermentação das bactérias produtoras do L-aminoácido desejado na qual no mínimo o gene tkt é amplificado, b) concentração do L-aminoácido no meio ou nas células das bactérias e c) isolamento do L-aminoácido produzido, e vetores os quais carregam o gene tkt.
