Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (I) o ("I") o una sal farmacológicamente aceptable del mismo; composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen al menos uno de estos compuestos; métodos para producir al menos uno de estos compuestos; métodos para usar al menos uno de estos compuestos para tratar y/o prevenir varios cánceres y/o trastornos de proliferación; métodos para usar al menos uno de estos compuestos para monitorizar la efectividad de una terapia anticáncer contra varios canceres. En una modalidad, la presente materia se refiere a compuestos que se unen con un nivel de especificidad a la proteína 70 de choque térmico (Hsp70). En otra modalidad, la presente materia se refiere a compuestos que se unen con un nivel de especificidad para inhibir tanto la proteína 70 de choque térmico (Hsp70) como la proteína 70 cognada de choque térmico (Hsc70).
