Abstract
Se proporciona un compuesto representado por la fórmula (I): en donde cada símbolo es como se define en la especificación, o una sal del mismo, el cual tiene una acción potenciadora del receptor de AM PA (ácido a-amino-3-hidroxi-5-metil-4-isoxazolpropionico). El compuesto de la presente invención es útil como un fármaco profiláctico o terapéutico para depresión, esquizofrenia, enfermedad de Alzheimer o trastorno por déficit de atención con hiperactividad (ADHD), y similares.
