Abstract

En la presente divulgación se proporcionan métodos para determinar el serotipo de una partícula de virus y/o para determinar la heterogeneidad de una partícula de virus (p. ej., una partícula de AAV). En otras modalidades, la invención proporciona métodos para determinar la heterogeneidad de partículas de AAV.
