Abstract

Представленные в данном документе рекомбинантные поксвирусы, содержащие гетерологичные или природные нуклеиновые кислоты, определяющие избыток двухцепочечной РНК (дцРНК) в начале инфекции, которые могут дополнительно включать в себя гетерологичные нуклеиновые кислоты, кодирующие одну или более костимулирующих молекул, и/или гетерологичные нуклеиновые кислоты, кодирующие один или более инфекционных ассоциированных с заболеванием антигенов или опухоль-ассоциированных антигенов, а также фармацевтические композиции, содержащие такие рекомбинантные поксвирусы и способы и их использование. Рекомбинантные поксвирусы, представленные в данном документе, усиливают врожденную и адаптивную иммунную активацию у субъектов по сравнению с идентичными рекомбинантными поксвирусами, с отсутствующими гетерологичными или природными транскрипционными единицами, определяющими избыток ранней дцРНК.
