Abstract
В данном документе представлены способы определения характеристик препаратов на основе рекомбинантных вирусных частиц с применением аналитического ультрацентрифугирования. Рекомбинантные вирусные частицы включают частицы рекомбинантного аденоассоциированного вируса, частицы рекомбинантного аденовируса, частицы рекомбинантного лентивируса и частицы рекомбинантного вируса простого герпеса. Разные виды рекомбинантных вирусных частиц, в том числе пустые капсиды и рекомбинантные вирусные частицы с иными геномами (например, усеченными геномами, агрегатами, рекомбинантами), можно идентифицировать и количественно оценить. Способы можно применять для определения характеристик препаратов на основе рекомбинантных вирусных частиц независимо от последовательности генома рекомбинантного вируса или серотипа капсида рекомбинантного вируса.
