Abstract

Esta divulgación se relaciona con el uso de la cromatografía de exclusión de tamaños y/o la cromatografía de exclusión de tamaños con la tecnología de dispersión de la luz en múltiples ángulos con el fin de caracterizar las partículas virales, tales como las partículas de virus adenoasociados y de lentivirus. Los métodos que se dan a conocer también son útiles para estimar el título de las partículas virales, determinar la integridad de las partículas virales y estimar la cantidad de ADN encapsidado en la partícula viral.
