Abstract
Se devela una escoria que comprende, en base seca y expresada como el total del metal presente como elemento metálico y la presencia del metal en un estado oxidado, a) al menos un 7% en peso y como máximo un 49% en peso de Fe, b) como máximo un 1,3% en peso de Cu, c) al menos un 24% en peso y como máximo un 44% en peso de SiO2, y d) al menos 2,0% en peso y como máximo 20% en peso de CaO, caracterizada porque la escoria comprende, sobre la misma base, e) al menos 0,10% en peso y como máximo un 1,00% en peso de Zn, f) al menos un 0,10% en peso y como máximo un 2,5% en peso de MgO, y g) como máximo 0,100% en peso de Pb. Se devela además un objeto mejorado que comprende la escoria, un procedimiento para la producción de la escoria y numerosos usos de la escoria, donde la escoria puede comprender como máximo de 1,50 % en peso de zinc y menos del 1,0% en peso de CaO.
