Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بطريقة لمعالجة خبث الفولاذ steel slag لإنتاج رابط معدني هيدروليكي hydraulic mineral binder له جهد تصليد عالي high hardening potential ولاستخلاص الحديد recover iron . ولهذا الغرض يتم توفير منتج تغذية يشتمل على خبث الفولاذ مع أكسيد المنجنيز (MnO) Manganese dioxide. وتتم معالجة منتج التغذية هذا أيضاً عن طريق إدخال عوامل اختزال reducing agents في الصهارة melt . وبذلك يتم التوصل لعامل تشبع جيري lime saturation factor يتراوح ما بين 90 و110 لجزء الصهارة المعدنية mineral melt . ويتم بعد ذلك تبريد الصهارة بطريقة محددة، مع فصل الحديد العنصري ميكانيكياً عن الصهارة المجمدة solidified melt لاستخدامها كرابط معدني هيدروليكي. شكل 1.
