Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 製鋼スラグを加工して、高い硬化能力を有する水硬性鉱物結合材を生成し、かつ鉄を回収するための方法であって、
特に酸化物形態である鉄化合物、およびMnOを有する、製鋼スラグを含む供給生成物であって、前記MnOが前記製鋼スラグに含有されていてもよい供給生成物を提供するステップと、
前記供給生成物を炉内で融解物として加工するステップと、
90から110の間の鉱物融解部分の石灰飽和度を達成するために、前記融解物に還元剤を組み込んで前記鉄化合物を還元するステップであって、前記還元剤の組込みが、非酸化炉内雰囲気中で実施されるステップと、
規定された冷却を行うステップであって、前記融解物を遅くとも15分で凝固させるステップと、
元素状鉄の少なくとも一部を、前記凝固した融解物から機械的に分離するステップと、
水硬性鉱物結合材として使用するために、鉄分が低く、かつエーライト分が少なくとも40重量%であり、結晶質相の含量が少なくとも60重量%である、前記凝固した融解物を引き続き直接供給するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記供給生成物が、MnOを0.1から10重量%含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、前記供給生成物に、Al2O3が最大5重量%および/またはCaOが30〜50重量%および/またはSiO2が10から20重量%含有されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記融解物が、前記還元の前および/または前記還元の間に約1450℃から約1800℃の温度を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記非酸化雰囲気が還元雰囲気であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、炭素、ケイ素、および/またはその他の金属、または半金属が前記還元剤として使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記還元剤の少なくとも部分が前記融解物中に吹き込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記融解物中に吹き込まれた前記還元剤が、不活性ガス流を用いて吹き込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、フラックスが前記融解物中に組み込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、液体の元素状鉄が、前記還元の後、前記融解物を凝固する前に、分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記融解物が、遅くとも3分後、好ましくは遅くとも2分後に凝固していることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記規定された冷却が、乾式造粒用または湿式造粒用のデバイスを用いて実施されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記規定された冷却が、能動冷却デバイスを用いて実施されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記元素状鉄の前記機械的な分離が、研削プロセスおよび分類プロセスを用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
