Claims (13)
- 製鋼スラグを加工して、水硬性鉱物結合材を生成し、かつ鉄を回収するための方法であって、
鉄化合物を有する製鋼スラグとMnOとを含む材料を提供するステップと、
前記材料を融解物にするステップと、
90から110の間の鉱物融解部分の石灰飽和度を達成するために、前記融解物に還元剤を添加して鉄化合物を低減させるステップであり、前記還元剤の添加が、非酸化雰囲気中で実施されるステップと、
前記90から110の間の石灰飽和度に到達したら続いて、ゆっくりと冷却を行うステップであり、前記融解物を最速15分で凝固させるステップと、
元素状鉄を、前記凝固した融解物から機械的に分離するステップと、
水硬性鉱物結合材として使用するために、低い鉄含量を有し、少なくとも40重量%のエーライト含有量を有する前記凝固した融解物を引き続き供給するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記材料が、MnOを0.1から10重量%有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、前記材料に、Al2O3が最大5重量%および/またはCaOが30〜50重量%および/またはSiO2が10から20重量%含有されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記融解物が、前記還元の前および/または前記還元の間に1600℃から1800℃の温度を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記非酸化雰囲気が還元雰囲気であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、炭素、ケイ素、および/または金属、または半金属が還元剤として使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記還元剤の少なくとも一部分が前記融解物中に吹き込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記融解物中に吹き込まれた前記還元剤が、不活性ガス流を用いて吹き込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ホウ砂が前記融解物中に添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、液体の元素状鉄が、前記還元の後で、前記融解物を凝固する前に、分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記融解物が、遅くとも4時間後に凝固していることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、規定された前記冷却が、冷却容器で行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記元素状鉄の前記機械的分離が、研削プロセスおよび分級プロセスを用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
