Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بطريقة لمعالجة خبث الفولاذ لإنتاج رابط معدني هيدروليكي له جهد تصليد عالي ولإستخلاص الحديد. ولهذا الغرض يتم لتوفير منتج تغذية يشتمل على خبث الفولاذ مع أكسيد المنجنيز (MnO). وتتم معالجة منتج التغذية هذا أيضاً عن طريق إدخال عامل اختزال في الصهارة. وبذلك يتم التوصل لعامل تشبع جيري يتراوح ما بين 90 و110 لجزء الصهارة المعدنية. ويتم بعد ذلك تبريد الصهارة بطريقة محددة، مع فصل الحديد العنصري ميكانيكياً عن الصهارة المجمدة لاستخدامها كرابط معدني هيدروليكي. ويتعلق الاختراع أيضاً برابط معدني هيدروليكي. شكل 1.
