Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スラグから銑鉄または鋼及びセメントクリンカーを製造する方法おいて、 例えば製鋼スラグのような酸化鉄を含有する液体スラグを、例えば鉄鉱石、塩 基性細粒鉱石、圧延機スケールまたは冶金粉塵のような酸化鉄キャリアー及び石 灰と混合すること、及び 形成されたフェライトスラグ(10)を、炭素が燃焼する間に鉄浴(11)と ドロス相(12)との形成のもとで還元反応器(9)で還元して、前記反応器上 方で前記ドロス相(12)をクリンカーとして放出すること、 を特徴とするスラグから銑鉄または鋼及びセメントクリンカーを製造する方法。 2.3〜12wt%の範囲のFe2O3含有量が達成されるまで還元を実行する 請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記クリンカーが酸化雰囲気中で再焼成されることを特徴とする請求項1 または2記載の方法。 4.15〜30wt%の鉄、特にヘマタイトを転炉スラグまたはLDスラグに 添加することを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の方法。 5.初期スラグに対して7〜15wt%の石灰を使用することを特徴とする請 求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.石灰を添加する以前に、液体投入スラグと鉱石との混合物を沈澱させるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.前記フェライトスラグ(10)を前記鉄浴反応器(9)に導入する以前に 、投入スラグと酸化鉄キャリアーと石灰との前記混合 物を、少なくとも10分の期間に渡って、1450℃を越える温度で、好ましく は1500℃の温度で保持することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 8.フェライトスラグ(10)のFe2O3との反応による直接還元と、酸素ま たは空気をCOの形成を基に前記鉄浴内に吹き込むことによる間接還元との双方 で、前記還元反応器(9)内の炭素の燃焼を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜7 のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.間接還元部分は10〜20%特に約15%にして、直接還元部分は80〜 90%特に約85%にするように、吹き込む前記空気量または酸素量を計算する ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.前記還元反応器(9)内で形成される熱ガスを前記クリンカー冷却器か らの高温排出空気によって後燃焼することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。
