Abstract

La invención proporciona un procedimiento mediante el cual puede producirse un componente, que está provisto de un revestimiento metálico que se adhiere bien y que proporciona protección frente a corrosión. Para dicho fin, un producto de acero plano, producido a partir de un material de acero que contiene un 0,3-3% en peso de manganeso, y que tiene un límite de fluencia de 150-1100 MPa y una resistencia a tracción de 300-1200 MPa es revestido con un revestimiento anti-corrosión que comprende un revestimiento de aleación de ZnNi que se deposita electrolíticamente sobre el producto de acero plano, estando compuesto el revestimiento por una sola fase de fase ?-ZnNi y que contiene, además de cinc e impurezas inevitables, un 7-15% de níquel. Se obtiene después una preforma a partir del producto de acero plano, y se calienta directamente a al menos 800 °C, y después se conforma en el componente de acero, o se conforma en primer lugar en el componente de acero, que después se calienta a al menos 800 °C. El componente de acero obtenido en los casos respectivos es endurecido finalmente, enfriándolo suficientemente rápido desde una temperatura suficientemente alta.
