Abstract

La presente invención proporciona compuestos novedosos de la fórmula I y sales y co-cristales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos los cuales tienen actividad antagonista o agonista inversa del receptor de glucagón; la presente invención proporciona además composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden también métodos para tratar, prevenir, retardar el inico o reducir el riesgo de desarrollo o progreso de una enfermedad o afección para la cual uno o más antagonistas del receptor de glucagón se indica, incluyendo diabetes de tipos I y II, resistencia a la insulina e hiperglicemia; la presente invención también proporciona procesos para hacer los compuestos de la fórmula I, incluyendo sales y co-cristales de los mismos, y composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden los mismos.
