Abstract

Se proporciona una nueva clase de compuestos, los cuales actuan para antagonizar la accion de la hormona glucagon en el receptor de glucagon. Gracias a su efecto antagonista del receptor de glucagon, los compuestos pueden ser adecuados para el tratamiento y/o prevencion de cualquier enfermedad o trastorno en el que sea benefica una accion antagonista de glucagon, tales como hiperglucemia, diabetes Tipo 1, diabetes Tipo 2, trastornos del metabolismo de lipidos y obesidad.
