Abstract
"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DO COMPOSTO, E MéTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO E/OU PREVENçãO DE DISTúRBIOS OU DOENçAS". Uma nova classe de compostos, que atua antagonizando a ação do hormónio glucagónio sobre o receptor de glucagónio. Devido a seu efeito antagonista do receptor de glucagónio os compostos podem ser adequados para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de quaisquer doenças e distúrbios em que a ação antagonista do glucagónio é benéfica, como hiperglicemia, diabetes de tipo 1, diabetes de tipo 2, distúrbios do metabolismo dos lipídios e obesidade.
