Abstract
"COMPOSTO, USO DE UM COMPOSTO COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, MéTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO E/OU PREVENçãO DE DISTúRBIOS OU DE DOENçAS MEDIADAS POR UMA AçãO ANTAGONìSTICA DE GLUCAGON". Uma nova classe de compostos que atuam para antagonizar a ação do hormónio de glucagon no receptor de glucagon. Devido ao efeito antagonizar do receptor de glucagon os compostos podem ser adequados para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de qualquer condição e doenças mediadas pelo glucagon, tais como a hiperglicemia, diabete do Tipo 1, diabete do Tipo 2 e obesidade.
