Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DO COMPOSTO, E MéTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO E/OU PREVENçãO DE DISTúRBIOS OU DOENçAS". Uma nova classe de compostos, que atua antagonizando a ação do hormónio glucagónio sobre o receptor de glucagónio. Devido a seu efeito antagonista do receptor de glucagónio os compostos podem ser adequados para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de quaisquer doenças e distúrbios em que a ação antagonista do glucagónio é benéfica, como hiperglicemia, diabetes de tipo 1, diabetes de tipo 2, distúrbios do metabolismo dos lipídios e obesidade."COMPOUND, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, USE OF THE COMPOUND, AND METHOD FOR TREATMENT AND / OR PREVENTION OF DISORDERS OR DISEASES". A new class of compounds that acts by antagonizing the action of glucagon hormone on the glucagon receptor. Due to their glucagon receptor antagonist effect the compounds may be suitable for the treatment and / or prevention of any diseases and disorders in which glucagon antagonist action is beneficial, such as hyperglycemia, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, disorders of lipid metabolism and obesity.
