Abstract
La presente invención provee novedosos métodos para facilitar las actividades de mejora de plasma germinal a través del uso de muestreo de semilla no destructivo, de alto rendimiento; en una modalidad, un método no destructivo, de alto rendimiento para analizar semillas individuales en una población de semillas comprende retirar una muestra de una pluralidad de semillas en la población y al mismo tiempo conservar la viabilidad de germinación de la semilla y analizar la muestra para determinar la presencia o ausencia de una o más características de por lo menos un rasgo genético o químico.
