Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zur automatischen Probenahme und Befül­ lung von Mikrotiterplatten mit Pflanzenmaterial be­ stehend aus einem Schneidstempel, einem Modul zum Betreiben des Schneidstempels, einer Schneidplatte, mindestens zwei Linearantrieben, einer Ansteuerung der Linearantriebe, einer programmierten oder pro­ grammierbaren Steuerung, einem Eingabemodul, mindes­ tens einer Schnittstelle, einer Positionsanzeige und einer Aufnahmevorrichtung für die Mikrotiterplatte und wobei am Schneidstempel ein Abstreifer vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstreifer ent­ lang der Stempelachse nahezu reibungsfrei beweglich angeordnet ist.
2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstreifer außerhalb des Stempels angeordnet ist.
3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstreifer innerhalb des Stempels angeordnet ist.
4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel als Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist und der Abstreifer in diesem Rohr geführt ist.
5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstreifer über ein Getriebe, ein Gesperre oder ein Gehemme mit dem Stempel verbunden ist.
6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch Stempel und Abstreifer gebildete geschlossene Schnittkontur aus Teilgeometrien der Ge­ samtkontur zusammengesetzt sind.
7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scheidstempel und/oder der Abstreifer mit einer Profilierung der Schnittkontur zur Reduzierung der Schneidkraft versehen ist.
