Abstract

Métodos para facilitar actividades de mejora del germoplasma a través del uso de muestreo de semillas de alto rendimiento, no destructivo. En una forma de realizacion, un método de alto rendimiento, no destructivo para analizar semillas individuales en una poblacion de semillas, comprende extraer una muestra de varias semillas de la poblacion conservando la viabilidad de germinacion de la semilla y analizar en la muestra la presencia o ausencia de una o más características de por lo menos un rasgo genético o químico.
