Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición que es un superconductor eléctrico de volumen de fase sencilla a una temperatura arriba de 77 grados K, teniendo dicha composición una estructura cristalina como perovsquita, y que tiene la fórmula A(1+x)M(2+x)Cu(3)0(y), donde A es Y, o una combinación de Y, La, Lu, Sc, ó Yb; M es Ba, o una combinación de Ba, Sr o Ca; x es entre 0 y 0-5 y Y es suficiente para satisfacer las demandas de valencia.
