Claims (3)
- 77°K이상의 온도에서 단일 단계 벌크 전기적 초전도체인 화합물에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 회티탄석형 결정구조를 가지며, A가 Y이거나 Y, La, Lu, Sc 또는 Yb의 결합이며, M이 Ba이거나 Ba, Sr 또는 Ca의 결합이며, x는 0과 0.5사이이며, y는 균형 요구를 만족시키기에 충분한 식 A1±×M2±×Cu3Oy을 갖는것을 특징으로하는 초전도체 화합물.
- 77°K이상의 온도에서 단일 단계 벌크 전기적 초전도체인 화합물에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 회티탄석형 결정구조를 가지며, A가 Y이거나 Y, La, Lu, Sc 도는 Yb의 결합이고, M이 Ba이거나 Ba, Sr 또는 Ca의 결합이고, y는 균형 요구를 만족시키기에 충분한 식 A1M2Cu3Oy을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초저도체 화합물.
