Abstract

본 발명의 유전체 세라믹 조성물은 납 마그네슘-니오베이트〔Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3〕, 스트론튬 티타네이트〔SrTiO3〕및 납 티타네이트〔PbTiO3〕를 주성분으로 함유하고, 상기 세 주성분의 몰비는 하기 조성식에 의해 한정되며,

〔Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3〕x·〔SrTiO3〕y·〔PbTiO3〕x
(식중에서, x+y+z=100몰부이고, x,y,z 각각의 값은 3성분의 조성도에서의 하기 네 개의 점; A(72, 10, 18), B(76, 5, 19), C(57, 5, 38) 및 D(48, 20, 32)를 연결한 직선으로 둘러싸인 영역내에 있거나 직선 상에 있다.) 상기 주성분의 100몰부에 대해 (Pb1-xBax )(Cu1/2W1/2)O3(여기에서, 0≤X≤1)의 5몰부 이하의 양(0몰부는 제외)을 상기 세 주성분에 첨가하는 특징이 있다. 이 유전체 세라믹 조성물은 저온에서 소결될 수 있으며 고유전율과 높은 기계적 강도를 갖는다.

  1. 납 마그네슘-니오베이트〔Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3〕, 스트론튬 티타네이트〔SrTiO3〕및 납 티타네이트〔PbTiO3〕를 주성분으로 함유한 유전체 세라믹 조성물에 있어서, 상기 세 주성분의 몰비는 하기 조성식에 의해 한정되며,

    〔Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3〕x·〔SrTiO|3〕y·〔PbTiO3〕x
