제1도는, 티탄산 지르콘산 바륨을 배합량이 상이한 조성물로 부터 얻은 세라믹 유전체의 비유전율의 온도의존 특성을 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는, 지르코늄 양이 상이한 티탄산 지르콘산 바륨을 사용하여 얻은 세라믹 유전체의 비유전율의 온도의존 특성을 나타내는 그래프, 본 발명에 의한 조성물을 사용하여 얻은 세라믹 유전체의 비유전율의 온도의존 특성을 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (4)
- 평균입자크기가 0.1∼1.5㎛인 티탄산바륨 98∼60몰%와, 평균입자크기가 0.1∼1.5㎛이고, 퀴리 온도가 50∼115℃인 티탄산바륨계 퍼로브스카이트 고체용액 2∼40몰%의 합계량 100몰%에 대하여, (A)산화니오브 및 산화탄탈가운데에서의 최소한 1종 이상의 산화물 0.3∼2몰% 그리고, (B) 산화코발트, 산화니켈, 산화마그네슘,산화망간, 산화구리 및 회토류원소의 산화물 가운데에서의 최소한 1종 이상의 산화물 0.1∼2몰%를 함유하는 세라믹 유전체용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄산바륨계 퍼로브스카이트 고체용 액이, (a) 일반식 (Ⅰ) BsTi1-xZrxO3(식 가운데, X는 0.02x0.15에 해당하는 수)로 표시되는 티탄산지르콘산바륨 고체용액, 또는 (b)일반식 (Ⅱ) Ba1-ySryTiO3(식 가운데, y는 0.03y0.20에 해당하는 수)로 표시되는 티탄산바륨스트론튬 고체용액, 또는 (c)일반식 (Ⅲ) BaRi1-zSnzO3(식 가운데 z는 0.01z0.10에 해당하는 수)로 표시되는 티탄산주석산바륨 고체용액, (d) 상기 고체용액가운데에서의 2종 이상으로 된 복합 고체용액, 또는 (e) 상기 고체용액들을 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유전체용 조성물.
- 평균입자크기가 0.1∼1.5㎛인 티탄산바륨 98∼60몰%와, 평균입자크기가 0.1∼1.5㎛이고, (a)일반식 (Ⅰ) BsTi1-xZrxO3(식 가운데, X는 0.02x0.15에 해당하는 수)로 표시되는 티탄산지르콘산바륨 고체용액, 또는 (b)일반식 (Ⅱ) Ba1-ySryTiO3(식 가운데, y는 0.03y0.20에 해당하는 수)로 표시되는 티탄산바륨스트론튬 고체용액, 또는 (c)일반식 (Ⅲ) BaRi1-zSnzO3(식 가운데 z는 0.01z0.10에 해당하는 수)로 표시되는 티탄산주석산바륨 고체용액, (d) 상기 고체용액가운데에서의 2종 이상으로 된 복합 고체용액, 또는 (e) 상기 고체용액들의 혼합물 2∼40몰%와의 합계량 100몰%에 대하여, (A)산화니오브 및 산화탄탈 가운데에서의 최소한 1종 이상의 산화물을 0.3∼2몰%, 그리고, (B)산화코발트, 산화니켈, 산화마그네슘, 산화망간, 산화구리 및희토류원소의 산화물 가운데에서의 최소한 1종 이상의 산화물을 0.1∼2몰%를 함유하는 조성물을 소결하여 얻게되는 세라믹 유전체.
