Abstract

본 발명은 조성식(1-y)CaTiO3-yLa(Zn1-x/2Mgx/2Ti1/2)O3로 표시되고, x의 범위가 0≤x≤1.0이고 y의 범위가 0.3≤y≤0.9인 고주파용 유전체 조성물을 제공한다. 이 조성물은 유전율이 28.6 내지 58.6이고 QxFo(GHz)가 29,330 내지 71,100이며, 공진 주파수의 온도 계수(TCF)가 -53.82 내지 +52.32ppm/℃로서, 고주파용 유전채 세라믹스가 요구되는 통신 시스템에 적합하게 사용할 수 있다.
