Abstract

고주파대역에서 높은 유전율과 높은 Q(1/유전손실)값을 갖는 유전체 세라믹스에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 일반식(CaxBaySrz)Tio3(여기서 0.8≤x≤0.9, 0≤y≤0.15 및 0.98≤x+y+z≤1.02의 범위)로 표현되는 유전체 세라믹스를 제공한다 .상기 유전체 세라믹스는 유전율 및 Q×f(주파수) 값은 적어도 180 및 3000이상이다. 본 발명의 유전체 세라믹스에 의하면 공진기의 소형화, 고품질화를 이룩할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 일반식 (CaxBaySrz)Tio3(여기서 0.8≤x≤0.9, 0≤y≤0.15 및 0.98≤x+y+z≤1.02의 범위)로 표현되는 유전체 세라믹스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 세라믹스는 유전율 및 Q×f 값은 각각 적어도 180 및 3000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹스.
