  1. 일반식 (1-y)SrTiO3-y(La1-xNdx)(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3으로 표시되는 조성계에서 0.1x1.0 및, 0.4y0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 재료.
