Abstract

본 발명은 주로 마이크로파를 이용한 위성통신용 수신기, 고주파용 센서, 스피드 건(speed gun)의 레이저 디텍트 등에 사용되는 (Zr,Sn)Tio4계 고주파용 유전체 재료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 고주파용 유전체 (Zr,Sn)Tio4계를 기본조성으로 하여 여기에 소결조제로서의 B2O3, P2O5은 소결온도를 낮추는 역할과 함께 소결도중 휘발이 발생하지 않아 균일한 유전특성을 나타내도록 하며, NiO, La2O3의 첨가로 우수한 유전특성을 나타내는 고주파용 유전체를 대량 생산 가능하게 하는 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. (Zr,Sn)TiO4계를 100wt%의 무게로 환산하여 ZrO2:37.6〈x〈2.7, SnO2:19.3〈1-x〈24.8, TiO2:37.6〈y〈38.0을 기본조성으로 하여, 0.3∼2.0wt% B2O3, 0.3∼1.0wt% La2O3, 0.5∼2.0wt% NiO가 첨가되어 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 조성물.
  2. (Zr,Sn)TiO4계를 100wt%의 무게로 환산하여 ZrO2:37.6〈x〈2.7, SnO2:19.3〈1-x〈24.8, TiO2:37.6〈y〈38.0을 기본조성으로 하여, 0.3∼2.0wt% P2O5, 0.3∼1.0wt% La2O3, 0.5∼2.0wt% NiO가 첨가되어 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 고주파용 유전체 조성물.
