Abstract

본 발명은 고주파에서 유전율이 높고 우수한 품질계수(Q)를 나타내는 유전체 자기 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유전체 자기는 (Pb1-(x+y)CaxMgy)ZrO3(x+y=0.37 0.01≤y≤0.1)의 조성과 (Pb1-(x+z)CaxSrz)ZrO3(x+z=0.37 0.01≤z≤0.05)의 조성으로서 고주파 대역에서 우수한 품질계수(Q)를 나타내면서 (Q=830∼1330, 공진주파수 fO=3GHz) 유전율(εr)이 93∼130 정도로 높기 때문에 대역통과필터나 공진기등의 재료로 사용시 고주파 회로소자의 크기를 크게 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  2. (Pb1-(x-z)CaxSrz)ZrO3(x+z=0.37∼0.40, 0.01≤z≤0.05)의 조성으로 이루어진 고주파용 유전체 자기 조성물.
