Abstract

본 발명은 티탄산 마그네슘(MgTiO3)을 주성분으로 하여 MgO의 첨가량을 조절함으로써 마이크로파 주파수 영역에서 낮은 손실값을 갖는 저유전손실 마이크로파 유전체 세라믹 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 세라믹 유전체는 MgTiO31몰(mole)에 MgO 3∼30몰%와 CaO 0.01∼5몰%를 첨가하고 1400℃이상의 온도에서 소결함으로써 제조된다. 본 발명의 마이크로파 유전체 세라믹 조성물은 종래의 유전체 조성에 비해 향상된 무부하 Q값을 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. MgTiO31몰(mole)에 MgO 3∼30몰% 첨가하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공진주파수의 온도계수 향상을 위해 0.01∼ 5몰%의 CaO가 부가적으로첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  3. MgTiO31몰(mole)에 MgO 3∼30몰%와 CaO 0.01∼ 5몰%를 첨가하여 습식으로 혼합 및 분쇄한 후, 1200℃의 대기중에서 하소하고 다시 분쇄하여 성형한 다음 1400℃이상의 온도에서 소결함을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파 유전체 세라믹 조성물의 제조방법.
