본 발명은 조성식 (1-z)(Sr1-yCay)ToO3-zLa(Zn1-x/2Mgx/2Ti1/2)O3로 표시되고, x의 범위가 0≤x≤1.0이고, y의 범위가 0≤y≤0.99이며, z의 범위가 0.4≤z≤0.7인 고주파용 유전체 조성물을 제공한다. 이 조성물은 유전율이 33.1 내지 60.2이고, Qxf0(GHz)가 25,060 내지 66,140이며, 공진 주파수의 온도 계수(TCF)의 범위가 -39.35 내지 83.60ppm/℃로서, 고주파용 유전체 세라믹스가 요구되는 통신 시스템에 적합하게 사용될 수 있다.
