Claims (1)
- 하기의 조성으로 이루어진 조물질을 출발물질로 하여 마쇄공정 및 산화성 대기하에 1400℃ 내지 1500℃에서 소결시키는 공정중 적어도 한공정을 수행함을 특징으로하여 도자기제조공정에 따라 수득되는 형태의 유전체를 제조하는 방법.tTiO2, xSnO2, yZrO2, aNiO, bLa2O3, CFe0.9≤t≤1.1 0.1≤x≤0.4 0.6≤y≤0.9 0.015≤a≤0.06 0.01≤b≤0.1 0.001≤c≤0.01※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
