Claims (1)

  1. 하기의 조성으로 이루어진 조물질을 출발물질로 하여 마쇄공정 및 산화성 대기하에 1400℃ 내지 1500℃에서 소결시키는 공정중 적어도 한공정을 수행함을 특징으로하여 도자기제조공정에 따라 수득되는 형태의 유전체를 제조하는 방법.
