본 발명은 일반식 aPbx(CryNb1-y)O3-bPbXTiO3-cPbXZrO3로 표시되는 납-함유 복합산화물로서, a,b 및 c가 각각 아래 식의 범위내의 있으며, 1.0≤a≤12.0, 40.5≤b≤49.0, 39.0≤c≤58.5, (상기 식중, a,b 및 c의 단위는 몰%이고, a+b+c=100이다)또, x,y가 각각 아래 식의 범위내에 있는 압전성 자기를 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 일반식 aPbx(CryNb1-y)O3-bPbXTiO3-cPbXZrO3로 표시되는 납-함유 복합산화물로서, a,b 및 c가 각각 아래 식의 범위내의 있으며, 1.0≤a≤12.0, 40.5≤b≤49.0, 39.0≤c≤58.5, (상기 식중, a,b 및 c의 단위는 몰%이고, a+b+c=100이다)또, x,y가 각각 아래 식의 범위내에 있는 압전성 자기.
    0.95≤x≤1.01
    2/24≤y≤11/24
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a가 2.0≤a≤10.0의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, b가 43.0≤b≤48.0의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, c가 47.0≤b≤52.0의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, x가 0.96≤x≤1.00의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, y가 5/24≤y≤10.5/24의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, Pb성분의 11몰%이하가 Sr, Ba 및 Ca중의 적어도 1종의 원소에 의해 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, Pb성분의 5몰%이하가 Sr, Ba 및 Ca중의 적어도 1종의 원소에 의해 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전성 자기.
