Abstract

본 발명은 니켈을 함유한 납계 페로브스키트형 복합 화합물을 함유하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물에 관한 것으로, 니켈의 함량이 화학 양론 비보다 소량임을 특징으로 한다.
유전체 세라믹 조성물은, 하기 화학식(1);
Pb[Ni(1-x)/3B+5 2/3]a[Ni(1-y)/2B+6 1/2](1-a)O3(1)
(식 중에서, B+5는 +5가를 가진 원소들로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, B+6은 +6가를 가진 원소들로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내며, 0x1, 0y1 및 0≤a≤1이다)로 표시되는 납계 페로브스키트형 복합 화합물을 α몰%(0α≤100)의 양으로 함유하며, 이때 니켈의 함량은 화학 양론 비보다 소량인 γ몰%(0γ≤20)이다(단, γ=α×(a×x×1/3+(1-a)×y×1/2).
유전체 세라믹 조성물은 고유전율을 지니면서, 거의 일정한 용량-온도 특성(capacity-temperature characteristic)을 지닌다.

Claims (2)

  1. 니켈을 함유한 납계 페로브스키트형 복합 화합물을 함유하는 세라믹 조성물로서, 니켈의 함량이 화학 양론 비보다 소량임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 화학식(1);
    Pb[Ni(1-x)/3B+5 2/3]a[Ni(1-y)/2B+6 1/2](1-a)O3(1)
    (식 중에서, B+5는 +5가를 가진 원소들로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, B+6은 +6가를 가진 원소들로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내며, 0<x<1, 0<y<1 및 0≤a≤1이다)로 표시되는 납계 페로브스키트형 복합 화합물을 α몰%(0α≤100)의 양으로 함유하며, 이때 니켈의 함량은 화학 양론 비보다 소량인 г몰%(0<г≤20)이다(단, г=α×(a×x×1/3+(1-a)×y×1/2)임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
